We had an amazing time at Max Royal Kemer Everything was clean, comfortable, and organized at a very high level. The service was excellent, and the staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Miss Eda, Akhrorjon, and Bekzod for their warm attitude and professionalism. They made our holiday even more enjoyable and memorable. We we’re very satisfied with out stay at Maxx Royal Kemer, especially the service which was beyond perfect. Personal assistants Karem and Nagima made sure everything went smooth and we did not have to worry about anything - huge thanks. Another great showcase of perfect service was a waiter from 24/7 restaurant called Yunus Dede - hands down one of the best waiters we have encountered in quite a while.

Our family vacation at Maxx Royal Kemer was truly unforgettable. We stayed here with my mother, sister, and nephew, and every single one of us enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, incredible service, and one of the most beautiful natural settings we have ever seen. The mountains, the sea, and the atmosphere of the resort create something really special. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the cuisine. The food quality throughout the hotel was outstanding, but latin Sunlit Restaurant deserves a special mention. The atmosphere, presentation, and taste of every dish were exceptional. We would also like to thank mr Devrim for his professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality. He made our dining experience even more enjoyable and always made us feel welcome. A very special thank you goes to our fellow countrymen, Islam and Madina, for their quick responses, care, and constant support during our stay. They were always attentive, helpful, and genuinely interested in making our vacation perfect. It was especially nice to meet people from our homeland who made us feel even more comfortable and welcomed. They also introduced us to another wonderful pair of assistants, Islam and Valeria, who were equally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our holiday.
