Maxx Royal Kemer Resort

We have just returned from a two-week stay at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort in Turkey, and we honestly had an amazing holiday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and every member of staff we met was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We genuinely didn’t come across a single person who wasn’t willing to help. The food throughout the resort was excellent. We especially enjoyed the Teppanyaki restaurant – the meal was fantastic, and the chef was entertaining, funny and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. One of the best features around the pool and beach was the QR code ordering system. You simply scan the code, order any food or drinks you want, and they’re brought straight to your sunbed. It’s such a brilliant idea and makes relaxing so easy. The resort has both a seawater pool and a normal swimming pool, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were also lots of fresh towels whenever you needed them, and we loved the charging points next to the sunbeds – such a thoughtful touch. We’d like to give a special mention to Akhrorjon, who looked after us so well during our stay. Every day he made sure we always had ice-cold bottled water, regularly replacing the bucket of ice throughout the day so the water stayed perfectly chilled. Nothing was too much trouble, and he always had such a kind, friendly manner. We’d also like to thank the manager, Flurin, who regularly came over to check that everything was okay and asked if there was anything we needed. His attention to guests really stood out and showed how much the team cares about providing excellent service. Thank you to everyone at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort for making our holiday so special. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury, relaxing holiday in Turkey. Thank you again, Mike and Jill

The teen club is exceptional with mini games and many fun activities to do. The workers are very nice and respectful to the teens and are very playful. The workers there spoke lots of languages and were diverse with the teens the workers that were the most helpful and nicest were Assem Kanatbek, Ariyana Amrayeva

If you are visiting Maxx Royal Kemer, you definitely need to try windsurfing with Osman. He is a fantastic teacher who makes you feel safe and confident on the water. After a very well-structured 4-hour training course, I even received my certification. Thank you, Osman, for an unforgettable experience!

Maxx Royal is always a dream vacation spot for us, which we go to repeatedly. The beautiful resort, nestled in a natural park with roaming wildlife (Mountain goats!) and featuring luxurious rooms and facilities, is just the tip of the iceberg. What makes Maxx Royal unique in a sea of luxury all-inclusive resorts is its service and attention to guests. From the Maxx Assistants who greet you even before you check in and cater to your needs ('Made-to-order Butter Chicken Masala? Sure, of course!') to each and every staff member - from housekeeping to the waiters- they serve you as if you are their personal guests. I want to give a special shout-out to our assistants, Ms. Sofya Kobo and Mr. Çağrı Namver, who made sure we were comfortable at every moment; to Ms. Eda Ülkü, who made sure our poolside needs were met; and to Mr. Mehmet Tosun at Pavilion, who served us with gusto and care. I wish I could name each and every staff member who made the stay so memorable and who visibly tries to excel, but instead I will thank Mr. Şenol Dereli, who is always on site with a smile, making sure everything is perfect on their behalf. Already counting the days to next year's trip!
