Nirvana Cosmopolitan

Was blown away by the hotel on first impressions. The lobby area is best I've ever seen and is easily comparable to hotels in the Dubai Palm area. Service is where the hotel falls short. There's no real organisation. Meal times are chaotic with no table sorting from staff it becomes a rat race to secure a table. Staff are very hit and miss with orders to the point I gave up and got drinks and glasses myself. I'd say the hotel is not catered towards Europeans and Brits in particular. It's mostly Turkish, Russian and Iranian guests. The rooms are spacious and decently maintained. I'd say although room cleaning is efficient the cleaners don't change bed sheets unless you make them. They simply make the bed, change towels and leave and one occasion glass shards was left in the shower which could've been swept to avoid an accident. The pool area is great and the aqua park certainly kept the kids busy. We really enjoyed the quiet pool which is less busy. The hotel could really do better and stop guests from hogging sun beds all day even when not in use for this reason we stuck to the quiet pool where there was plenty. Food quality was great but it was not varied, it was mostly the same on rotation. Theme nights of different cuisines would've been good. Entertainment is not nightly like other hotels. For kids we only found 3 shows across the 10 days we stayed but they were very good particularly in the cosmos theatre. We have visited Lara six times and on this occasion our whole family contracted a vomiting bug which rendered us bed bound for 36hrs. Generally the hotel is clean but given it's never happened to us before until this time I wouldn't return.

We stayed at Nirvana Cosmopolitan for 5 nights last year, including December 31st. During our stay, we noticed that the main kids' club building (near the tennis courts) was closed. Instead, two staff members were running children's activities in a small room inside the theater building, right next to an escalator. This was a serious safety concern — children were going in and out of that room unsupervised, walking around the escalators and the building on their own. We are considering booking again for New Year this December, but before we do, we would like to ask the hotel management directly: will the kids' club near the tennis courts be open and properly staffed this December? This is a key factor for our family's decision. If the kids' club is closed again or unsafe as it was last year, we unfortunately will not be booking our stay with Nirvana Cosmopolitan. We would appreciate a clear response from the hotel's management team regarding the kids' club status for December 2026.

Our stay at Nirvana Cosmopolitan was truly one of the most beautiful summer experiences we have ever had. We are leaving Antalya with wonderful memories that will always remind us of Türkiye, its hospitality and the unforgettable atmosphere of the Turkish Riviera. This hotel offers everything you could possibly imagine. All you really need to bring is your own clothes! The rooms are perfectly equipped with everything you may need, including thoughtful little details in case you have forgotten something at home. The service is available 24/7, and whenever you need anything, the staff respond immediately. The food deserves a perfect 10/10 — an incredible variety of delicacies, fresh fruit, Turkish specialties, salmon and other fresh fish, wonderful desserts and amazing baklava. The cafés, coffee and ice cream are fantastic as well. There is entertainment for everyone — children, teenagers and adults, but also plenty of peaceful areas for those who simply want to relax. From elegant piano music to disco nights and spectacular shows in both open-air and air-conditioned theatres, there is always something happening. The entire resort is beautifully maintained, the pools are exceptionally clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, professional and always ready to help. I have stayed in many exclusive five-star hotels, but Nirvana Cosmopolitan has surpassed them all. It is almost impossible to describe everything this hotel has to offer — you simply have to come and experience it yourself. Location is perfect, value 10/10. For us, it was more than just a holiday. It was one of our most beautiful summers, filled with memories we will treasure for years to come.
