Nirvana Cosmopolitan

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time here. And overall peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Also amazing food and desserts - everything was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to stay here again in the future☺️

Our one-week stay at Nirvana Cosmopolitan exceeded all our expectations. From the very first moment, we felt special thanks to the warm welcome at the reception. We would especially like to thank Mr. Görkem and Ms. Yaşam from Guest Relations, as well as Mr. Himmet and Ms. İdil at the reception for their support and kindness. A special thanks also goes to the Operations Manager, Mr. İsmail, whose attention to detail made our stay flawless. In the restaurant, Ms. Sanem’s friendly attitude and attentiveness, along with Chef Ruşen’s care, were excellent. In the bar area, Yusuf, Kader, and Victoria provided outstanding service and professionalism, which added great enjoyment to our holiday. The comfort of our room, the high service quality, and the friendly approach of all staff made us feel completely at home. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our holiday by another 3–5 days—and we truly enjoyed every moment of it. In short, it was an exceptional experience in terms of comfort, service, and guest satisfaction. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel is clean, guest relation extremely helpful, ala carte absolutely amazing, buffet also. Entertainment fun and wow. If you need pampering, come here. Side note- rooms might be slightly older but people working here will make you forget everything
