Nirvana Dolce Vita

We have just completed a wonderful 10-night stay at Nirvana Dolce Vita in Kemer with our two children, and I can confidently say that this hotel delivers something that is becoming increasingly rare: genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere of the resort stood out. The setting is beautiful, relaxing, and exceptionally family-friendly. For families traveling with children, the hotel creates an environment where both parents and kids can truly enjoy their vacation. What differentiates Nirvana Dolce Vita from many other resorts, however, is not the buildings or facilities—it is the people. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding and consistently exceeded our expectations. Every request was handled with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. Although I generally avoid mentioning individuals in reviews, exceptional service deserves recognition. Our personal assistant during the stay, Mr. Dorukhan, was truly remarkable. He handled every request swiftly, naturally, and with sincere attention to detail. More importantly, he has a rare ability to make guests feel valued and comfortable, creating an atmosphere where you can ask for anything without hesitation. Hospitality is not only about solving problems; it is about making people feel appreciated, and Dorukhan does this exceptionally well. I hope the management recognizes the positive impact he has on the guest experience. Another major strength of the hotel is the food and beverage offering. The quality is consistently high, and it is clear that the hotel invests in well-known and premium brands rather than simply choosing standard all-inclusive options. This attention to quality is noticeable throughout the resort. Among the à la carte restaurants, Pescatore was the highlight of our stay. The Greek-inspired concept is beautifully executed, and everything—from the food and wine selection to the music and overall atmosphere—was simply perfect. It was one of those dining experiences that becomes a memorable part of the vacation itself. The only area where I believe the hotel could improve is the Mexican restaurant. While the staff was attentive as always, the overall concept felt disconnected from an authentic Mexican theme. The atmosphere did not reflect the cuisine, and the food quality was below the standard set by the rest of the resort. In fact, we found better Mexican-inspired dishes in the main restaurant and even at Fellini. This is an area that could benefit from a review and refresh. If I had to identify the weakest aspect of the resort overall, it would be the rooms and some parts of the infrastructure. The hotel has been around for many years, and certain areas show their age. However, what is impressive is how much the exceptional service, beautiful environment, and overall guest experience compensate for this. The resort succeeds in creating a feeling that goes far beyond the physical facilities. This was our second stay within the Nirvana hotel chain, and it certainly will not be our last. The combination of outstanding service, family-friendly atmosphere, quality food and beverages, and genuinely caring staff makes this a place we are happy to return to. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation such a memorable one.

The hotel is on a beautiful beach , and surrounded by a beautiful nature.. The complex is large and offers a lot of opportunities for everyone. food in the main restaurant is solid, but the crowd is enormous.Of those a la carte restaurants French Le Petit Gourment was exceptional and the waiter Aldu from Indonesia stood out for his special courtesy. The Moonlight Cosmos restaurant on the board is very nice experience. However our accommodation was a big disappointment. We are grandparents with two grandkids and got a double room with one an extra bed. There was a man named Somet who was kind and help us. The employees are generally friendly although they look exhausted and most of them do not know English.

We love the hotel, the area and specially the working stuff, they are very kind and friendly and helpful. The hotel also has ZOO with many animals and beautiful kitty cats.

And we again in Nirvana Dolce Vita! We missed it, though we were there last week and we decided to return once more and of course we were met by A group of receptionists early in the morning.bit was our dear Aygun with his colleague who recognized us at once and served us early in the morning. What was for our suprise it was a fact that Front manager was available at that moment. Guys, you are really professionals! We are always surprised by your service! By the way, we always see how the workers from the bus are going to their work early in the morning and we are surprised. Even in the morning they have happiness at their faces! They are always smiling and go to the work with great desire! It means that you have got a great management! Al services are working in high level! We want to mention the staff of Guest Relations, they are always helpful and fast! If you want to go any restaurant (A'La Carte), they will always help you and give a good advice. Some of the workers are really legends in the hotel, such as a well known the oldest worker of the hotel in the Towel Services. He is a real legend! We wish him a good health! And the next one is our favourite manager who was the manager of the tea bar (Erhan) and now he is the manager of Havana bar. He is a real treasure ror Dolce Vita. He is always helpful, he knows everything, he can give yiu a very good advice in any question. We know he is one of the most oldest workers of the Dolce Vita. He knows every detail in Dolce Vita, we think every stone. He is great! Take care of him! And of course Dolce Vita is always in great level in everything. We like it for its comfort, for its service, for its food. By the way it is delicious and very tasty (but we are missed for its Chief Cooker, who has got even Michelin stars. By the way where is he? We heard that he was taken to Mediterranean hotel of Nirvana. Is it true?). We are with Dolce Vita more than 20 years and it is always surprising us in a good sense. With its service, with its feeling of comfort and feeling of wellness. Guys, you are great! Of course, new hotels has been built, with great buildings and atmosphere, but none of them can give you the feeling of being at home. You come here and understand that you know everything and you are known by everybody and everybody is always ready to help you and make your rest unforgettable. Many regards to your managers and your owners! People, you give Nirvana Dolce Vita is our second home! We love you!!!

Our family recently spent our holiday at Nirvana Dolce Vita, and we were completely satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The hotel offered excellent service, comfortable and clean accommodations, delicious food, and a wide variety of activities for both adults and children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that guests felt welcome and well cared for.
