Upon our arrival at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at the gate by a staff member who willingly took our luggage and escorted us to the reception. The entire check-in process was very pleasant, and afterward, the receptionist accompanied us to our room. I rate the whole arrival experience very highly. The biggest positives of this hotel are the facilities and the overall atmosphere. The hotel is strictly 16+, so you will not find any noisy small children here, which was absolutely fantastic. The pool is brilliant; you can lie on a sunbed directly in the water or on an elevated spot inside the pool. Plus, you can take your drink right into the water, rest it on the edge, and just relax. The community of guests was also very pleasant, ranging from 18-year-olds to older demographics. Everyone was polite and respectful, except for one incident. For two consecutive nights, a group of young Englishmen sat under our balcony, drinking and making noise until three in the morning. We went to the hotel security, who immediately intervened and completely resolved the situation. Regarding the dining, however, we began to notice some shortcomings after a few days. We stayed at the hotel for 13 nights, and the food was mostly the same every day. On one Saturday evening, they served kebab, which was a nice change. Furthermore, if you did not arrive for meals right at the beginning, the food was usually already cold. On the bright side, the bar service was excellent. I would especially like to thank the bartender Eren, who was the only one in the entire hotel making mixed drinks exactly as they should be. **A tip for you:** The hotel does not mix Mojitos by default because they do not stock mint. You just need to walk to the "Migros" store, about 5 minutes from the hotel, buy some mint there, and the bartenders will gladly mix a Mojito for you. Overall, all the bartenders were incredibly kind, communicative, and truly made the holiday better. As for the room, the housekeeping was average—nothing exceptional, but certainly nothing terrible. If you leave a one-euro tip on the bed, the maids will prepare a beautiful swan ornament, decorated with flowers. Room access is handled via rubber wristbands, which is a great concept since you do not have to carry key cards and always have them on your wrist. The problem arises if you lose or tear the wristband. Ours tore around the 9th day of our holiday. Upon departure, the hotel charged us €20 for one wristband, which seems quite excessive for something that was not really our fault. Our final negative experience involved the transfer to the beach. The beach is only about a 5 to 10-minute walk away, so we did not really mind walking, but the transfer had been promised. It only operated during the first two days of our stay, and even then, only from the hotel to the beach—it never ran on the way back. The hotel shares this transfer with two other hotels owned by the same company. After those first two days, we never saw the shuttle arrive again, and on our second-to-last day, we noticed that the transfer schedule signs had been torn down entirely. The hotel staff did drive a few guests in a small golf cart that fits two people. As mentioned, the walk was not a problem for us, and the staff offered us a ride in the golf cart several times, which we politely declined. So, to be fair, we must praise the hotel for at least trying to address the situation. Overall, I rate the stay rather positively. If you are looking for a holiday with a great price-to-quality ratio, I believe this hotel completely meets that expectation.
