Papillon Aysha

This is the 2nd year in a row we have been in this resorts My wife and 3 kids We love it so much, we had to do it again this year. We felt at home straight away some of the staff even recognised us from last year which is a good things. The staff and services are great especially the kids football , super friendly, very helpful, great entertainment show, make great efforts with the kids. The food is great. We have try other resorts in Turkey and by far Papillon is the best. Thank you for a great service and my family enjoyed it again.

Well, what can I say.. Location was slightly out the way for short walks but very easy to get a taxi to Belek city centre which is only a short ride however there is no need to leave the hotel. The whole place is beautiful inside and the outside and very well kept, lovely and clean staff are forever cleaning! Fun, happy and inviting atmosphere. Especially the entertainment team and the kids club staff! Shows are all incredible and the amount they do for the children of all ages is just amazing!! I have 2 children 10 and 4 and both enjoyed it. Especially my 4 year old he wanted to be in there all the time! From morning till evening there's something on for the children. Beautiful beach too! Never struggled to find a sun lounger even around the kids pool which was GREAT!! Rooms were good, always kept clean and tidy and a decent size with a balcony. Amazing value for money! The noise level wasn't a problem for us at all. We went as a family of 4, 2 adults a 10 year old and 4 year old and was actually for our honeymoon and we couldn't express how we really enjoyed our stay here! We went to the Sherwood Exclusive Lara last year which was lovely however we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this hotel a whole lot more!!! Rachel,Billy,Willow and Reo

They are undeniably the heart and soul of the hotel, and hotel management needs to give this entire animation team a substantially higher salary immediately, because their tireless dedication and incredible human touch turn a great resort into an extraordinary one that I would return to in a heartbeat. Raise the animators salary bc they make every day night party spot event show everything better and just the coolest people ever!!!

We had a wonderful holiday! Everything at the hotel was great, but a special thank you to Merey from the animation team. He was always friendly, positive and made our holiday much more enjoyable. He is doing an amazing job! We would definitely come back.”

We stayed for 10 nights at the end of July. Had the best time. Hotel is amazing, great selection of food and drink. Animation team offer lots of games and competitions through out the day for children and adults. Papy kids club was brilliant for our 7 year old, he didnt want to leave. The staff were all so kind and helpfull. Evening entertainment was brilliant. All in all a fantastic hotel that caters for eveyone. Would definetly return.
