Papillon Aysha

This was our second time staying at Papillon Ayscha. We really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff is incredibly attentive and seems very happy. We recognized many of the employees from last year. Our son regularly attended the Kids Club. The kids never get bored there, and the staff is very loving and attentive toward them. I’d also like to give a special highlight to the sports program. The gym is very well-equipped, the trainer is extremely competent, and the classes, in particular, are wonderfully organized. We’d love to come back!

This was one of these places that made you feel really special. I was here as a single dad with my two kids aged 10 and 7 and we all had a terrific time. I had some issues with the AC on the first night but I was mainly to blame for it. However they resolved this by upgrading our room to one of the villas which was a lot more convenient for us. Zahan, at guest relations, had such professional charm and was a delight to deal with. I wanted to especially mention Papys Kids Club. The staff there were superb and I recall Marat being super accommodating. I knew they were doing a great job because my daughter just wanted to go to the kids club at every opportunity. I would recommend this place and intend to go there again soon.

We’ve just returned from an absolutely fantastic holiday, and I can honestly say this hotel deserves every bit of its 5/5 rating on TripAdvisor. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — friendly check-in, spotless rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel instantly relaxed. The facilities were excellent, with plenty to do throughout the day, and the food was consistently high quality with lots of choice. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool or get involved in activities, there was something for everyone. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the entertainment team — especially Kayyum. He was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Always full of energy, approachable, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a great time. He organised a range of activities including darts, air rifle shooting, bingo, and boccia, and managed to make each one fun and engaging regardless of skill level. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he created such a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that brought people together. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job as much as Kayyum does, and it made a huge difference to our holiday experience. Overall, we couldn’t fault this hotel. Amazing staff, great entertainment, and a perfect place to unwind. We’ll definitely be returning!

We've had a great time at Ayscha, the hotel is quiet in April (in a good way). The main pools are heated, which was fab. The food is varied and there are 2 a la carte options (Mikado - Asian and Saffron - Turkish) as well as limited a la carte menu at the Martini bar. We found all of the food, particularly at Mikado and Saffron, of excellent quality. There are many activities for both children and adults during the day and the kids club has a good play park and mix of art, sports and educational activities, as well as games consoles. Special shout out to Kay and all of the entertainment team! The evening entertainment moved from inside the hotel to the outdoor theatre from 16 April and the amount of evening shows increased from 14 April, which we loved. The quality of the drinks is very good. We had a select villa and whilst the pool isnt heated, the setting and the rooms are fantastic. We even had a resident tortoise on the grounds 🐢 This is an ideal hotel for family and couples. Small suggestions would include having a draft beer option, a lunch a la carte option and more evening a la cartes (we appreciate the number of a la cartes increase from 1 May).

We had a great time at this hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is great and the staff are fab, especially Kay from the entertainment team.
