Pashas Princess

We booked this hotel because of its reviews on this website. When we first arrived we thought we had booked the wrong hotel. First I would like to say that when I book a holiday I am paying for the facilities and staff that are polite and professional. The A/C in the room was almost nonexistent also in the second room we were given. The food for all meals was covered in flys this was the same for the restaurant at the beach. I found a dead fly in my bread roll at breakfast on the third day. All the eating areas are open air which allows free access to the food for the flys. The water in the on suite ran at a trickle, the floor of the shower was so slippery it was dangerous and the bathroom is desperately in need of renovation. The A/C is switched off by the hotel during the hottest part of the day. The first 2 beach loungers broke when I sat on them. The sand had not been cleaned. There was all kinds of unpleasant things floating in the sea at the beach. The entertainment was for Russian tourists I guess because 80% of the guests were Russian. Getting milk for the tea in the room took several repeated requests. Several Western European couples who had stayed that this hotel before told us they would not be coming back because of the poor facilities. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel it is more of a 2/3 star hotel. It is in need of renovation. The staff were lovely, polite and friendly. The pool area at the hotel was nice the water was warm it is a shame that the bathroom at the pool is much better than the room on suite.

We went for a weeks break in June and were pleasantly surprised by this lovely hotel and had a great time as a result. It was very well maintained by the staff and there were plenty of options for food. The beach is literally a 5 min. walk and is shingle rather than sand. The hotel bar was available outside of meal times for snacks and drinks. The location of the hotel is in the village of Camyuva and conveniently located next to a variety of local shops all within walking distance. Kemer, the nearest town is only 20 minutes on the bus. The staff made our visit extremely special, in particular Hulya on Reception and Ismael the Restaurant Supervisor. All the staff spoke very good English. Hulya, is definitely multi lingual with German being her stronger language. Hulya always greeted us with a smile and spoke to us each time we passed Reception. She was extremely helpful and ensured we were always well looked after. Ismael always made us feel like special guests and was always extremely respectful. He would always reserve the same table for us and on a couple of occasions, surprised us with special table decorations. We got to know the vast majority of staff. There was Yusuf behind the bar who was always cheerful. Asiyah was our cleaner and she was a super cleaner and an expert on 'towel-i-gami', leaving different animal and flower shapes on our bed ! All the staff were always very respectful and very helpful and that is why we've listed as many of them here as we can remember - Ali, Ilyas, Tajiki, Sevi, Mehmet, Jolan, Osman, Ahmed, Murad ... thank you to all of you.

Very nice Staff All worked hard (except the entertainer guy) Buffet was good but no air-condition in any area where you eat and you sit in plastic chairs so it’s very hot during summer Afternoon snack awful Beach is crowded and not maintained Beach bar is shared with another hotel Walk 200 meter to the beach is fine ROOM Very very noisy old aircondition which does not work well. You don’t sleep due the extreme noise from it. Bed very uncomfortable, bring your own pillow. The bed is hard Minibar is only with sodas the first day 1 pcs pr. person and water the rest of your stay is only water. And you are not allowed to bring something from the bar to the room so All inclusive is not All inclusive The interior is a bit outdated but clean POOL Nice and warm and big Music is some times very high at the pool The Aqua fitness is the same most days and on a very low level and short time. The entertainer is a newer guy and he is not very good. He seems like he just needs to get through the day without doing to much. It’s a petty

Firstly let me say the staff here are amazing, from the housekeeping dept to the spa to the waiting and bar staff, and reception team,they work non stop all day every day. The hotel is spotless and so friendly. However, the standard of food has gone right down over the years. 9 times we have stayed here, there will not be a 10th visit. Chicken or fish lunch and dinner on a daily basis with the occasional liver or lamb. The buffet well that was indescribable and unappealing. The themed nights the Turkish and Italian nights the food was lovely but the rest was so disappointing. Since the sacking of last year's entertainment his replacements well I dont know why they were even there!!! Twice during our 2 weeks during the day the water aerobics they got in the pool, the tai chi was actually led by a fellow guest and the evenings oh dear me. Let's guess the country this flag is from or who the caricature is. Bingo £15.00 . Nothing at all, all day and evening Sundays. Don't get me wrong the lads were nice but just did not have a clue

Loved every minute! Hotel a real hidden gem, staff lovely hotel very clean and great pool. So relaxing had a great time
