Q Ella Beach Hotel

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our vacation. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was varied and delicious, and the hotel grounds were well maintained. Most of the staff were friendly and worked hard to make guests feel welcome. However, there were a few issues that we found concerning. First, some members of the staff were overly familiar with children. We noticed employees hugging, kissing, and picking up children without asking the parents for permission. While we understand that these actions may come from kindness and affection, we do not believe this is appropriate. Young children should learn about personal boundaries and understand that they should not go into the arms of strangers, no matter how friendly they may seem. We would appreciate it if the hotel reminded staff to respect children’s personal space and obtain parental consent before any physical contact. Secondly, we would like to mention the behavior of one of the animators. During our stay, we felt that she paid excessive attention to my husband, despite the fact that we were vacationing together as a family with our children. On several occasions, it appeared that she was deliberately trying to attract his attention by making flirtatious eye contact, frequently positioning herself near him, and turning her back toward him in very tight leggings in a way that felt intentional. We found this behavior inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in the presence of his wife and children. The same animator was also responsible for the children’s mini disco while wearing extremely tight and revealing clothing. In our opinion, this is not appropriate attire for children’s entertainment activities. I have personally worked in hotel animation teams in both Turkey and Egypt, and I know that children’s events are usually led by staff wearing bright, fun, child-friendly outfits that create a family-oriented atmosphere. We came to the hotel for a family vacation and expected professional and neutral behavior from the entertainment team. Unfortunately, this situation left us with an unpleasant impression. Despite these concerns, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay and hope the management will pay more attention to staff professionalism, appropriate conduct, and respect for personal boundaries when interacting with children and families.

Great staff .food lovely. And variety to choose .grill fish very tasty . And salads fresh . Would recommend this hotel as all inclusive. Clean well maintained at all times to everyone who looking to visit side .antalya turkey

The location is nice, the hotel is clean, but the reception desk staff is irrelevant and the place is unfriendly to handicapped and injured people.I ruptured a front ligament and a meniscus in my knee the day before I arrived.However no wheel chair was available upon arrival and I was given a room on the 2d floor, in the far end of the corridor.I had to change two lifts to get there and to walk more than 150-200 m on ceutches to get there.

Clean and a nice location but unfriedly to handicapped and injured people.I ruptured a front ligament and the meniscus in my left knee the day before my reservation.However no wheelchair was available upon arrival and I was given a room at the far end of the corridor on the second floor.Had to change 2 lifts and to walk more than 150 m on crutches to reach the room. Not to speak about the other amenities.
