Employees speak very bad english or not at all (or maybe pretend that they do not understand). The hotel guests are from 80 % Turks. The hotel is really focus on turkish guests. There were a lot of power outages in the hotel during the day. We got a worse (and smaller) room than we paid for. The room was not ready when we arrived at about midnight with 2 kids. There were only 3 beds. First we got a broken extra bed and then we had to wait for the other one a lot of time....The room was situated on the main corridor next to the hairdresser and the souvenir shop and the reception. The walls seems to be from the paper and you hear everything around. There is no door between the room for kids and the hall in the room - you hears everything from the main corridor. The bathroom is very small with no space for the legs when you sit on the toilet (see the picture). The shower has a bad sink-hole (there were water everytime). The balcony is with no air with a very small hole (see the picture). The clothes (swimsuits) do not become dry. There were water on the floor. There are utility rooms for the hotel staff with a lot of noise under the balcony. Pillow is very tough (recommend to bring your own). An air-conditionig works very well in all the guest rooms (we were in 3 guest rooms). Minibar is daily refilled with water and coca-cola in bottles (1 room had even fanta). We met the quest relation lady on the coincidence on Thursday morning and told her about the room. They changed our room on the Thursday afternoon (we arrived on Sunday midnight). It was finally the room we should get upon our arrival. Finally we had to pay extra for the late check out on Sunday and had to move to the standard room (very small room for 2 people). Food is on the turkish basis....but you can pick something everytime. There is a instant coffee in the coffee machines. Some things like Ayvar or milk in the box are only in the bar next to the swimming pool or maybe somewhere else but nobody inform you. The swimming pool is without a lifeguard. The swimming pool is 1,4 m deep with 2 smaller slides. There is also a small swimming centre with slides for very small children next to the swimming pool. There is not enought deckchairs and some people put their towels on them to reserve. There is a swimming pool in the relax centre inside the building that is also available for the hotel guests. The beach is about 10 minutes by walk or there is an old hotel shuttle bus to the beach. There is a bar with a fridge with bottled water and restaurant with food on the beach - that is a great thing. There are deckchairs with beach umbrellas on the private beach. There is a place for more deckchairs, that would be great because sometimes was no chance to find the free deckchairs there. There were a lot of people in the sea = high season (July). I believe that if we got the right room we paid for upon our arrival and not from the Thursday afternoon we would have better impression of the hotel overall.

Just got back from a 7 night stay. Honestly can't thank everyone at Qella Hotel enough for a truly amazing holiday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. We had booked an economy room and the bed was quite small for us to share and didn'thave a balcony (my fault for not realising when I booked!). The lovely front reception guy said if we came back in the morning he would change our room which he did to a larger room with a balcony. All of the staff are amazing from the cleaners, the bar staff, the kitchen staff, the entertainment team. Nothing is too much trouble and they work so hard to keep the hotel to a very high standard of cleanliness. Special shout out to Enes and his little brother who were so lovely and generous with their time showing interest in us and always checking we had a drink 🍸 😀 the front reception guy in the evening whose name i didn't get, but who sorted our room for us, thank you, Also Dennis the manager who is always checking the guests have everything they need and are enjoying themselves. The evening shows were fabulous and really enjoyable. The entertainment team were lovely and we loved the good morning song! The pool is lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The hotel has its own private beach with a shuttle bus ( you can walk it in 10 minutes but in 46 degree heat we decided to take the shuttle bus!). The beach is beautiful, sandy and clean. Beach bar serves drinks and food which is all included with the all inclusive. Food is lovely, lots of variety and choice. The staff work so hard to keep it tip top clean. Rooms are lovely and have a fridge which is topped up daily with soft drinks. There is a small supermarket in the hotel and another opposite which also has a big range of clothing, bags etc at good prices. We didn't do any trips or venture much outside of the hotel as everything we needed was on site and we had come for a flop and drop holiday. All in all a fantastic holiday 😊 Thank you to everyone at Qella Beach Hotel for making our holiday so special and enjoyable and we most certainly will come back again!

So my wife and I booked a last minute trip to the Qella Hotel, and we are not disappointed at all. We holiday in Turkey 3 or 4 times a year and generally stay in 5 star hotels but plumped for a 4 star this time. We are super pleased we chose the Qella, the location is superb, it's 25 minutes Dolmus ride from Manavgat for a great market, it's a 7 minute walk to the beach and that's a generous stroll so if you want to sprint you could do it quicker or wait for the complimentary bus that runs from 9am to 5pm. The sand is golden with a lovely gentle sloping entrance to the sea and no rocks to cut your feet on. They have a great beach cafe which has the usual fast food plus plenty of salads and fruits to choose from. Ice creams available between 3 and 4 with a good choice. The hotel has 3 lifts into 3 blocks serving upto 6 floors. Restaurant is on floor 1 and level 0 is the main entrance with an air conditioned lobby bar serving local alcoholic drinks and soft drinks plus tea and coffees, it's not massive but it's big enough and serves it's purpose. You will find guest relations next to the lobby bar and a lovely lady called Burcu is always on hand to help, speaks very good English. The check in reception is here as well. Up The stairs (13 of them) or a ramp to the spa area, hairdresser/barber, market shop. The Spa is clean and tidy with a small free gym, sauna and stream room, for massages prices vary. Lift up to floor or a flight if stairs here you will find the main restaurant, outdoor pool and kids club. The restaurant has good food and a good variety to choose from, lots of meat and fish dishes, vegetables, fruits, breads, cheeses, sliced meats, it's a very very good spread. Drinks are either from pump dispenser or bottles for soft drinks, I've been here 5 days so far and not had 1 bad drink, I've been to upmarket hotels where they can't get the gas and syrup ratio correct. I don't drink alcohol so can't advise how they taste but they have many local spirits, beers and wines to choose from. The atmosphere here is relaxed, calm, fun and has many different nationalities here, English, German, Norwegian, Turkish and everyone just wants a nice holiday, kids hve fun in the pools and the animation team organise events for the kids, can't say how good they are as we don't have kids. The one thing you will notice here is that the staff are super friendly and helpful, they have smiles on their faces and look happy. If you are worried about cleanliness, don't stress, this hotel has cleaners who clean and care, they take pride and are on it all the time, sweeping, polishing, buffing floors, this is a great hotel and I believe it's all down to hard teamwork. I've met the Directors Denis and Mohammed and told them to the face they are doing a brilliant job, would I come back here to this hotel, yes I most definitely, the Qella is a great hotel and has a variety of rooms to suit all size families and budgets
