Rixos Downtown Antalya – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

Firstly the location is very good for popping into Antalya city. About a mile, walking about 35 minutes or good tram and bus services. This also means if you leave your balcony door open the traffic noise is horrendous. The hotel is fine but some of the staff are a bit lazy, mainly the younger lads, not all but a few. we tended at times to que at the bar down by the table tennis tables. Not really a 5* service! The food was OK but a bit bland and repetitive. The staff in the restaurants were excellent. They have 4 lifts although one was out of order for all of our two week stay. I would not like to be here in the main season as it took forever to get a lift and the hotel was not that busy. The live band's that were on were very good. Entertainment most nights (bands). No darts or similar games that most hotels have but Antalya is just down the road so not an issue unless you like that type of thing. Hotel was very clean, and the room cleaning staff were very good. They have bikes that you can just take for free. Well worth a ride through the park to Konyalti. About 4.5 miles one way. Sea views all the way. We got a few taxis from the hotel. You really have to watch them as even though it's a legal requirement to put the meter on they try and get away without it as they can charge up to 4 times the actual charge. Some really need some driving lessons as we were very worried about the dangerous driving on the way to Kemer. We though we were definitely going to get hurt. We came back via bus due to this. These taxis are actually parked on the hotel grounds hence why I mention it on the hotel review. All in all a very nice hotel with some great and some not great staff. Main thing is the location if you like to get out and about. We would like to thank the hotel and the decent staff for looking after us. Maybe a bit more training for the staff that are not hitting the 5* standard that most people have come accustomed too.

My husband and I have been to Turkey several times. We have been to many different places and experienced lots of exciting things. This time we just chose to go to a good hotel to relax. We have certainly not been disappointed! It is a real luxury hotel and the food is delicious and very varied. Even though we have chosen a relatively cheap room this time, there is everything you need, and it is beautifully decorated. But the most important thing to praise the hotel for is their staff. They are all incredibly helpful and nice!! You probably can't mention individual people, but we especially liked a young man named Hilmi from the Guest Relations. We would be happy to recommend this hotel to others! Bjoern and Annie

We stayed at the hotel from December 13–20 2025. The hotel made a wonderful impression from the moment we walked in. The first person to greet us was Mr. Burak, who welcomed us into the hotel with great kindness, setting a lovely tone for our stay. We were given a wonderful room with a panoramic view of Antalya. The hotel is very well-maintained and the facilities are luxurious. The food was very good, tasty, and varied. The restaurant was very clean with a high standard of service, offering the opportunity to enjoy a meal in comfortable surroundings. What sets this hotel apart is the quality evident in the smallest details (all beverages are bottled, and the alcohol is authentic) as well as the highest level of service visible at every level. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their efforts in making our vacation wonderful and unforgettable. Lovely and friendly staff, rooms are always clean and spacious, food is lovely and a lot to choose from, would highly recommend this hotel
