Rixos Downtown Antalya – The Land of Legends Theme Park Free Access

The place is very very nice 👌 and perfect, everything is be fine and beautiful.

The location is great and the staff is very helpful and the atmosphere is wonderful

We have just arrived back yesterday from an 11 night stay at the Rixos. What makes this hotel stand out is the team nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we were met with a friendly welcoming team who instantly said to go and get something to eat before they checked us in as the buffet restaurant was about to close. This was a nice touch after a long day travelling. We were then given a room upgrade to a sea view room at no extra charge. Our room was spacious and clean and the mini bar was topped up everyday. We preferred the tropic bar or the beach club for food rather than the main restaurant. However when we did dine in the main restaurant there was a wide variety of options to choose from. Also we got a free Ala Carte meal, we chose the meat terrace. The food was delicious and again great service. There were various activities throughout the day, yoga, water aerobics, darts and cocktail making to name a few. The entertainments team were always trying to include the guests in the daily activities. Ordering drinks and snacks by way of QR code by the pool and at the beach was so easy. There is live music in the Tropic bar every evening with a variety of songs to get people up dancing and singing along. There are so many positives to this hotel but there were 2 members of the team who stood out for us. The first was a gentleman called Mehmet Sonocak, an engaging, hardworking and extremely friendly individual who always made time to ask how your day was going, where you were from, family etc. and most importantly how the service was. The second was Mr Volkan Adiguzel an outstanding gentleman whose nonstop work ethic, professionalism and fun loving personality made him a much-loved member of team Rixos. Not only from myself and my husband but many others guests we spoke with. With an experienced eye he often sees an opportunity to involve guests in that nights entertainment. Whether encouraging people to get up and have a dance or joining them with a conga around the bar area. Volkan on a nightly basis made ours and many other guests evening in the Tropic bar a truly wonderful experience and we would like to express our deepest gratitude for all his hard work. Although I do feel he needs to work on his guitar skills 😂. Finally I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone from team Rixos for helping us to have a wonderful holiday and wish you all the best for the summer season.

A great hotel with plenty of activities for kids to do, particularly Sezen and Melek were really attentive and always welcoming to my daughter - no ask was too much and always happy to accommodate whatever she wanted to do. Very good staff and a credit to the hotel!

Huge resort, but everything feels artificial and staged. No authenticity, no local atmosphere, just mass tourism on a very large scale. The food is clearly made for the masses, repetitive and lacking quality. One of the most frustrating things was the 4h gap between lunch and dinner with almost no proper food options in between. This is exactly the kind of overcrowded resort tourism I will avoid in the future.
