Senza The Inn Resort SPA

I was honestly so worried after reading reviews on here! I was actually dreading the holiday. After staying here for 10 days during July/august 2026 with my family I do not understand the bad reviews. We have no complaints apart from there could have been better evening/night entertainment for the adults around the main pool bar area. The hotel was very clean..the staff are constantly cleaning. Our room was clean, the pool area and restaurants were clean. All the staff work very hard! The private beach was amazing! Can walk it in about 10 minutes or get the free shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Plenty of Sun loungers, toilets, showers and a lovely free snack bar and drinks bar. aqua park is like 2 minute walk from the main pool area, it’s through a little tunnel, there is also toilets, showers a drinks bar and a lovely lady making beautiful Turkish pancakes. The food is good, it depends what you like! .we enjoyed lots of kebabs and rice, kebab wraps and fries, pizzas and chicken from chicken world, we enjoyed a lovely Lasagna, various different meats and desserts from the main buffet restaurant. There is always lots to choose from for lunch and dinner, apart from breakfast! We didn’t really enjoy breakfast. It depends what you like! There was fresh crusty bread and fried eggs everyday. fresh fruit and salad, also cereals and yummy fresh cooked pancakes with a choice of topping’s but mostly I found it strange that they was serving PEAS..SWEETCORN & BRUSSEL SPROUTS for breakfast and some other weird stuff?? apart from that food was good. A Holiday is what you make it! We had an amazing time! Thank you to all the amazing hard working staff at the senza inn resort and spa! The reps was amazing too! And the pool bar and bistro bar staff were absolutely lovely!

We asked Ibrahim for an eSIM and he deleted my actual personal sim from my phone so I have no data back at home, flirted with me multiple times considering I’m underage, balcony door wouldn’t lock and food wasn’t great, lack of options for picky eaters or international foods, wouldn’t stock the rooms with towels, blankets or toilet roll and would of been told multiple times to leave some in the room after a clean

We stayed at this hotel with our family in July 2026 for 12 nights and we were extremely disappointed.. We paid a lot of money for our Holliday but in our opinion this hotel was no where near worth the price. The food was very very repetitive lacked variety and was often tasteless. The entertainment was absolutely terrible. There were even evenings when there was no entertainment programme at all. For a family resort this is simply unacceptable. My 11-year -old daughter was extremely bored throught our stay. The housekeeping was also disappointing. Entertainment is a very important part of a family holiday and good entertainment can make a huge difference. I honestly regret choosing this hotel. In my opinion significant changes are needed starting with the hotel management; entertainment management and head chef.. This hotel did not deliver the quality;service or entertainment. MY ADVICE TO OTHER FAMILIES;; AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful hotel rudest staff I have ever come across. They will not help, speak to you like your dirt. Food awful but the most awful thing is the way they treat their guests. My partner tried numerous times to get help with a number of issues and they would tell her to go away. I would approach and they would answer my questions. The hotel has multi culture staying but hate the English they shouldn’t invite English people to Stay if they are going to treat them so bad. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Not a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive Hotel👎🏻👎🏻 We stayed here for 10 days, and unfortunately the hotel did not meet our expectations of a 5-star Ultra All Inclusive resort at all. Poor service The staff were generally unfriendly, especially at reception. Very few spoke English, which made communication difficult. When trying to explain something, we often felt that the staff became irritated rather than trying to help. Terrible cleaning upon arrival When we checked in, the room was not properly cleaned. There were popcorn shells on the floor and pieces of paper under the bed. After we complained, someone was sent up to do a very quick, superficial cleaning, but no proper deep cleaning was carried out. The pool area and the beach, however, were relatively clean. Lots of food – but almost no taste There is a wide variety of dishes, but the food was very repetitive over our 10 days and almost everything was bland. Poorly seasoned, very little salt, and much of it felt overcooked. In the end, we started eating out instead. The dining hall was also extremely hot, the AC barely worked, and there was a strong smell of food. You were sweating while eating. We actually found that the food at Burger King tasted better than the hotel’s food. Not really “Ultra All Inclusive” Drinks were almost always served in plastic cups. The beer and cocktails included were extremely weak and felt very watered down. Ice cream is also not included and costs extra, which we find strange for a hotel marketed as Ultra All Inclusive. This should be made much clearer before booking. The positives Chicken World was one of the few places we enjoyed. There you could, among other things, get pizza between around 12:30–19:00. The hotel’s private beach is also a plus. Sunbeds and towels are included, and there is beer and burgers available at the beach, although only until around 4 PM. Conclusion If you expect a true 5-star standard, good service, tasty food, and a genuine Ultra All Inclusive experience, I would recommend choosing a different hotel. For us, this was far from the standard the hotel is marketed as, and we would not book it again.
