Senza The Inn Resort SPA

This hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel, in reality it’s more of a 3 star hotel. Good: - most of the staff were friendly and our room was always cleaned properly. Bad: - the food option alternates every 2 days meaning you end up eating the same meals every other day with little or no change between the alternating days. The selection of food is poor, a lot of the time we returned to our table with cold food at dinner time as the food is not kept to a high enough temperature. The Breakfast options were some of the worst i’ve experienced at any hotel. - Entertainment among the hotel was bearable within the first 2 days but as you can imagine every morning being woken up by a role call like in the military at 10am which is then followed by blaring music and someone shouting down a microphone before you’ve ever had chance to finish your coffee did get very old, very quickly. - although the pool was large and spacious we were baffled when we first arrived to see nobody in the pool, we then worked out why after going in due to its near baltic temperature, don’t get me wrong i love an ice bath but maybe not to relax in when on holiday !! - the pool changing area / toilets smelt like sewers the entire time we were there and due to one side of the sun loungers being right then to the speaker blaring music at insane volume all day and the other end being surrounded by the stench coming from the bathrooms it didn’t leave many more places to sit and relax. - the wifi is not free you will have to pay €14 for a weeks service (PER INDIVIDUAL DEVICE I MIGHT ADD!) - the air con is not turned on during winter months meaning the rooms can get very stuffy at night and if you’re like myself and my partner who sleep with a fan it can be quite difficult to sleep when all you can hear is the music blaring downstairs until sometimes past 11pm - the drinks menu was a bit of a weird one, some bartenders were sound and made your drink upon request, some were not so friendly or plainly said “they was doing mojitos today” which would of been absolutely fine if that rule applied to everyone at the resort! - the reception desk was a very mixed bag, on a few occasions i was helped politely by the staff and on other occasions i was given attitude or ignored completely. It’s safe to say we will not be returning to Senza the inn resort and spa any time soon.

The best hotel.Everything in the Restaurant was delicious.the Entertainment program contests were very interesting.Activists are interesting.the beach is not far away.it is well-maintained and the sea is cery nice.Thank you to the hotel.❤️We will be back.

Senza The Inn gave us one of the best vacations we’ve had. The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the rooms were comfortable. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment team — full of energy, always smiling, and offering activities for every age. The shows at night were fantastic and made every evening exciting. We truly enjoyed every moment thanks to the amazing entertainment crew!”

Very good hotel, nice staff and very helpful. I met great animators who are very helpful. A beautiful place for a holiday.

I have given 5 star for the staff they are very freindly. Especially Yusuf and Ahmed at Bistro Bar. However i think the restaurants for lunch and dinner needs improvement same food every other day and cold.
