Sidemarin Kirman Premium

We had an amazing time on our 10 day holiday and wished we could stay longer.Our first visit to Turkey and glad we chose this beautiful hotel made even better with superb staff. We took part in Boccia,Darts,Air gun and the staff were fabulous especially Nikita he is so hard working along with Rudi and the lovely girl who works all day and night and gets us up dancing she is a credit to your hotel. The food was varied and lovely and the staff in the restaurant were excellent even decorated our table twice. You never have to ask for a drink they wait on you hand and foot. The pools are beautiful the pier is also stunning and a great bar there too. Our kids are 17,18 and 19 but they were entertained enough and the acts on in the night time were great especially Michael Jackson and the African band that came to the pool bar were so good. Thank you to all the concierge and reception staff too they are very kind and helpful.

Well, what to say. I'll start with cons: - staff hardly speaks English - staff doesn't know that they can provide alternative milk (main restaurant), it took me a few days and around 5 people to speak to for them to put some alternative milk for breakfast and they keep putting it to different places, so go chase it - they don't provide iron😵 5 star hotel doesn't provide iron. I've been to 3 and 4 stars (not in Turkey) it wasn't a problem anywhere. However, each hotel had laundry service - staff awaits for tips, it is so obvious. I respect and value invisible service, when you feel it not see it. For me it's inappropriate - cleanliness of the room, gym 🫣🙉 ( I won't explain, don't have time for this) - kids club. No health and safety procedures. I would not leave my child and go. They simply don't look after them. I personally couldn't trust them.( a few long stories) - Huge Issue- SMOKING everywhere! Disgusting. I've already forgotten how it is. It took me back in time. - weather in May wasn't very nice, so pools seemed very cold, sea seemed very cold and stormy. No way to get into sea just walking, had to use pier and stayed in the water for 30 sec. It's not a hotel issue, just saying. - uncomfortable beds, pillows - sound proofing is a joke. We heard other guests sneezing, coughing, talking behind the wall. You hear every step from the corridor. - once we took a table for breakfast. Chosen food, already set and been eating. When the waiter arrives and asks us to go find another table as this one is taken🤐 What? The table next to us had some personal belongings, so we understood it was occupied. But the waiter insisted that that table and ours were taken by one company (6 persons) there were no sign "reserved ", tables were not moved together, noone warned us, there were no personal belongings. How we were supposed to know? Are you separating guests by importance?!? Unacceptable. - people reserved sunloungers with their stuff from early mornings before breakfast Pros: - food. Good, sometimes amazing. My suggestion: add hummus for breakfast. No grapes?! We stayed for 12 days, No grapes - small touches like offering kids lolly pops, marshmallows etc by the pool. Offering cold coffee, cocktails while you are on a sunlounger. - my daughter loved small kids pool and the slide - presence of game room. We enjoyed bowling 2 times - plenty of sitting areas with bars Would I go there again? Only if no other options are available

Our stay at Sidemarin Kirman Premium was absolutely amazing. Everything truly felt premium, starting from the incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the first moment. The location is perfect, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the beach, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, elegant, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day, and the service in all restaurants and bars was excellent. We were also impressed by the entertainment, facilities, and overall attention to detail throughout the resort. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our experience special. We highly recommend Sidemarin Kirman Premium to anyone looking for a high-quality and unforgettable holiday experience.

We returned from Sidemarin Kirman Hotel in Side on Tuesday following a fantastic 2 weeks at this hotel. Location, food, amenities and hotel staff were fantastic and by far the most helpful, attenentive and friendliest staff we have ever come across. The hotel has a hugh pier/platform with a large sunbathing area and bar managed by the Yanus who provides a 5 star service, also gusts can swim in the Sea from the pier/platform or use the beach, one of the many pools or spa pool and hotel amenities. The world is your oyster. Sheriff was also very helpful, friendly, forever graceful and professional. Ilyas was our waiter for most of our nights in the buffet and provided use with an extremely helpful and professional service. This hotel is professional, helpful with fantiastic food, accommodation, amenities and beyond the call of duty from all staff and management. We hope to see you all soon. The Irish Couple -
