Don't believe what you see in the pictures. The rooms are extremely out dated, we have broken furniture and doors. The bathrooms are disgusting, we had a broken great in the shower!. Marks on the walls in the bathroom and in the sink, poo stains in the toilet. The shower was leaking into the bathroom, and when asked to come and resolve the problem they literally mopped the floor and left the mop. We actually moved from one room to another because it smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom which they trying to disguise with an disgusting smelling air freshener. After speaking to the guest services and reporting the problems. They did nothing. We asked if they would be speaking to The rep at love holiday to change their photographs that they show online as they're all false. I will say that the food was pretty good and the entertainment was okay-ish the staff were all very polite and friendly. The beach was a nice atmosphere, although the beach chairs and the canopies were again very outdated. You think of all the money they make off of people they would update their hotel. Overall I would not come back to this hotel unless they drastically updated the rooms. I'm pretty sure the pictures were taken back in the '90s when this hotel first opened.

Booked late after a another booked holiday was cancelled. As it is 3 star and quite inexpensive I was not expecting too much, but I was pleasantly surprised. My room was in good condition, the bed was comfortable, but I would prefer more standard top cover. There was a fridge, and it was stocked with water as required Adequate waedrobe and drawer space. Bathroom had walk in shower, toiletries and hair drier. There was a TV, which never worked, apparently the hotel did not have a provider, however that was not a problem, I don't watch TV on holiday. Balcony was triangular, with just two small wooden chairs and no table. Food was generally good, adequate choice at dinner, hot food at breakfast could be better, not much choice, but plenty of pastries etc. You can serve yourself beer, soft drinks and wine at dinner, the white wine I definitely enjoyed, but waiters will bring it if you ask. Lunch is at the beach restaurant, with a good variety, suited me as I went to the beach every day, except when it rained, and on those days it was in the main restaurant. It is a five to ten minute walk to the beach, so if you prefer to stay at the pool, you have to leave and walk to the beach for lunch, so not ideal for everyone, especially any with mobilty issues. The beach is good, soft sand, plenty of sunbeds and sunshades., there is a water spots centre, not operated by the hotel, but very convenient. While I was there it was not yet operating, the season had not started. Hight time entertainment was reasonable considering the hotel was not busy, live music 3 times a week and music or karaoke on other nights. I was the only British guest. most others were German, but there was a good friendly atmosphere. The animation team of Sam, John and Mino were friendly and tried to keep everyone entertained. Bar manager Osman also got involved with the guests, and made sure everone was looked after. Cocktails were well made, unlike in some other hotels I have stayed in. There are two pools, the main one not very large, a smaller one with two slides, and a kids pool. Ice cream was available here from 3-5 pm, and cakes from 1-5pm. A downside to the hotel is that to reach the main entrance you have to climb about 15 steps. When I arrived quite late I had to carry my luggage up, there is no ramp, so not suitable for those with mobility isuues, or for families with very young children if using a push chair. On the whole I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday, the hotel is deserving of a higher rating than 3 stars

The beach area is glorious. The hotel itself is a huge let down. It’s dated, not particularly clean and my room smells of cabbage and everything is very old. Sink tap moves around - you need to hold it to turn it on/off. Horrible tiny balconies which you can’t see over once you sit on one of the two folded chairs. No table. Views are to car park one side and flat top roof and main road the other. Lunch was delicious - dinner quite disgusting. Very salty. Staff cleared it away before the advertised end time. All in all stay for the beach but don’t get your hopes up for the hotel itself. As you enter the hotel there are nice looking rooms in seperate buildings - but these are next to the pool and where the entertainment happens at night. but the main building is horrible! Staff nice and friendly.

The stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! 🩵 From the first moment we felt an amazing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, varied and fresh. The service was fantastic, smiling, took care of every detail. We met a lot of fantastic people from the restaurant manager Mr. Murat who took care of us , asked if everything was okay . The bartenders Ahmet, Özkan and the bar captain Osman were great people, there was a lot of great fun laughing and delicious drinks with them. Not forgetting the animators, who provide a lot of great fun. However, with the bar captain Osman, we spent the most time with my boyfriend, he is a wonderful person, he is very nice and helpful, many hours of talking, lots of laughter and souvenir photos. I highly recommend this hotel is gorgeous, clean, well-kept in an ideal location. I will definitely come back here again, this place stole my heart, I didn't want to go home. We just got back from Sural Garden yesterday and man, what a wonderful stay it was! The Staff was superfriendly, we loved restaurant manager Murat Bey, who made sure that the food was fresh and delicious, also waiters were great and caring, and the best one out there was Metin(thank you for your service bro😉). Now the most important part, the bartenders, Ahmed, Özkan and the best of the best, one and only, and our fauvorite Bar Captain Osman who we made friends with, thank each and every one of you for a very nice stay! And Osman, our beloved friend is huge fan of Galatasaray, and made me also fall in love with that team, so thank you bro💪 Other Staff was also great and I can't say a bad word about anyone or anything. Rooms were clean, food and drinks delicious and me and my girlfriend consider our stay at Sural Garden, the best holidays in our lives and we definitely wanna get back there in a couple od months 😉 I can recommend Sural Hotel to everyone, you won't regret IT!
