Disgusting hotel, I am not a snob and only travel to 3* hotels across Europe. However this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The food is an absolute disgrace, the hotel rooms are filthy and housekeeping is abysmal. No soft scoop ice cream as part of all inclusive, cats jumping up at the buffet stealing slices of salami. The manager April is the rudest woman I have ever come across. The animation staff are nice and try their best, apart from that the hotel is horrific. Please avoid!!!

Arriving for a 10 night stay we had booked 2 rooms to arrive and be told only 1 room available so after speaking to hotel staff he did manage to find a 2nd room for us. The help carried our luggage up 3 flights of stairs to the room we had been given to walk in and somebody asleep in bed (1 oclock in morning) didnt end there the 2nd room we had then been given also had somebody sleeping. Had to then move over to the sister hotel Move on to be woken by cleaners change of bedding room cleaned all seemed be going well now l. After coming back in for showers 1 towel had been left for 4 people to share and told would be changed after 3 days (madness) spoke to management finally after 4 days of hell she wasnt intrested. Our room was dirty as not cleaned no clean bedding or extra towels as requested had cleaning manager looking at our room again not intrested. Hotel full of cats not an issue if looked after flees are now all over our room my 12 year old daughter covered in bites manager told me to pay for blood tests at the hotels doctors before they would look into it . Again still no clean bedding given. I could go on all day about how bad this hotel is This is my 3rd year at sun city and will definatly not return If you are all inclusive apparantly you take priority Avoid this hotel i have 4 more days left and will be back to speak to management again in the morning to see what they are going to do reguarding the filthy flee covered room me and my family are expected to stay in The hotel is taking to many bookings Not enough rooms or staff to make what should be a brilliant time for whoever is there all intrested in now is money Please think twice before booking

Was kept well entertained for the holiday with activities during both the day and evening. Beko and Mike was great! The room was nice.

Just got back home from staying here with my mam & 2 boys ,being really honest I wouldn’t stay here again, room was very basic, dingy & dated which I could cope with but the beds were terrible , food very basic, no ice cream or deserts my kids could eat & it was the same food everyday so spent a lot of extra money on buying ice creams etc from market also ate out a couple of times, the all inclusive also ends at 10 so have to buy drinks after this time can’t even get water, you have to be up at 6.30am if you want a sun lounger otherwise there’s nowhere to even sit, night time is the same no seats to watch entertainment, our wristbands were cut off us on day of departure at 12 check out & we weren’t getting picked up until 7pm, even though by the time we got there on our first day we’d received no food, also WIFI has to be paid for 3 euros per day per person , it’s such a shame because the staff here are amazing, really lovely friendly staff, I did use the spa a lot, that was definitely worth the money, there’s 4 pools which are decent, but the larger slides aren’t manned at the top so was a bit manic at times with the kids pushing in & piling down together, I definitely don’t feel I got good value for my money, worth paying extra & going somewhere nicer, you save on all the extra costs.
