The Land of Legends, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Antalya

We stayed here for a week as a family of three. I will say the hotel looks amazing, and the direct access to Land of Legends is a huge plus — but unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. We arrived late on Tuesday evening and were given very little information at check-in, only being told to collect our wristbands from the cashier the following morning. When we returned at 9:55am to collect them, we were told they didn’t open until 10am and were made to wait while staff stood chatting and using their phones. Again, no information was provided about the resort or how the wristbands worked. The food quickly became repetitive. Variety definitely isn’t their strong point. You can usually find something to eat, but after a couple of days we ended up eating out for five of our seven nights. The pool area is very small, mostly shaded throughout the day, and honestly freezing cold. The juice bar was also disappointing. I ordered a smoothie which took nearly 50 minutes to make, only for it to taste awful. The staff member even had to make several phone calls to ask how to make it — and this was an additional charge. Service during meals was poor as well. Drinks seemed to be a “one and done” situation. Staff would take your empty glass but never ask if you wanted another drink. The activities were repetitive too — face painting at the same time every day — and the evening entertainment was practically non-existent. During our entire stay, we only saw one character appearance in the lobby, which felt disappointing considering it’s supposed to be a Nickelodeon-themed hotel. It honestly felt like the character experiences were reserved for guests paying extra at the themed restaurant. We also experienced an incident in the kids’ club where another guest grabbed my arm to move me out of his way. Staff showed little interest, and the guest simply walked away without apologising. There were also maintenance issues in our room that were never resolved. The shower constantly dripped throughout the night after being used, and the patio door was extremely difficult to open. Despite reporting both issues, nothing was fixed during our stay. Everyone also raves about the dolphin show, which is actually nothing to do with the hotel, but it’s cruel to say the very least. During the show you do not learn anything about the dolphins or why they’re in captivity, you just watch them do tricks for fish. They’re such smart and wonderful animals some information about what makes them so brilliant would have been better for me that watching them catch a ball. Overall, this was a holiday we had really looked forward to, but by the end we honestly couldn’t wait to come home. In my opinion, the hotel has all the appearance of a Nickelodeon resort, but none of the fun or atmosphere you would expect from one.

Husband wife and two children 2.5y and 4.5y had a great time. Hotel and resort is great. Drinks to buy are very expensive as well as the extras but otherwise a great hotel to stay in. Children's entertainment in the evening was very good quality as it had a lot of thought put into it and very educational. Dolphin show was very good and a must see.

One of the best holidays we’ve ever had, the hotel is incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The variety of food was absolutely great — every meal offered something different, and each dish was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. The kids were kept entertained with the clubs and activities, which were both fun and well-organised, while the easy access to the theme park and pool made every day feel like a new activity. The cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding; it was always spotless, with staff working tirelessly to keep everything fresh and welcoming. We’ll definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to booking again in the near future. Thank you so much for giving us such a wonderful experience!
