Trendy Palm Beach

We really liked our stay at Trendy Palm Beach. We were nicely greeted when we arrived. All the staff was very friendly and made sure that we were always happy. Especially Abdil, whenever he saw us he made sure we were good, he remembered our go to drinks and took care of us perfectly. The reception desk was always helpful and smiley. Our room was very nicely renovated. The food was tasty. And if you go by the seashore you can get to the nice walkway which can take you to Side.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location with numerous shops, chemists, etc 2 mins walk away. The hotel is exceptionally clean at all times, the cleaners are constantly cleaning and the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard each day. The food was varied and available even if you arrive late at night which happened to us. All of the reception staff, especially Burhan, were so helpful and if you had any worries or concerns, they would help and Burhan checked in with us each day to see if we were happy. We had issues with the air con and safe and they were resolved straight away. The pool was lovely and we managed to get sunbeds each day, but had to get up early, especially when the hotel was busier. The only negative was that guests tended to smoke/vape on their sunbeds, along with at their tables on an evening, even though there were designated areas within the hotel. This became annoying if you do not like smoke constantly blowing in your face. The evening entertainment was excellent, the dancers were amazing. The main clientele at this hotel were German, we were definitely in the minority which wasn't an issue to us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Trendy Palm Beach Hotel from 3 to 17 August, booked through ITAKA, was exceptionally enjoyable. The hotel made an excellent impression on us in every respect, particularly because of its high standards, outstanding organisation and exceptional quality of service. When we arrived, we were informed that a room in the main building was not yet available. However, the situation was handled perfectly. Ms Sevgi, the Reception Manager, personally apologised to us and immediately arranged temporary accommodation in a neighbouring building, which was also of a very high standard. To compensate us for the inconvenience, we were offered two additional dinners in the hotel’s à la carte restaurants, meaning that we could enjoy a total of four à la carte dinners during our stay. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out until 5 p.m. on the day of our departure, instead of the standard check-out time of noon. We were very pleased with this solution, and the following day our room in the main building was ready for us. We stayed on the fifth floor in room 1522. We would particularly like to thank Ms Sevgi for her kindness, professionalism and remarkably efficient handling of the situation. Her attitude is a perfect example of genuine care for guests and excellent hotel management. Throughout our stay, the standard of service was outstanding. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we received fresh pool and beach towels daily. Every request was taken seriously and dealt with extremely quickly. The hotel’s technical service deserves special praise. When we experienced a problem with the air conditioning, a technician arrived almost immediately, and the fault was repaired within just 15 minutes. Such a prompt and professional response was truly impressive. Another major strength of the hotel is its wonderful and exceptionally varied cuisine. The food was always fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The selection was so extensive that we could try something different every day. We were equally impressed by the restaurant staff, who were professional, attentive, courteous and always ready to help. There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, and every member of staff treats guests with genuine kindness and respect. The hotel also offers interesting entertainment and evening performances every day. We particularly enjoyed the professional “Salsa Jazz” show, which took place on Monday. The performers were excellent, and the entire production was presented to an exceptionally high professional standard. The varied entertainment programme was a wonderful addition to our holiday. The hotel has a large, beautiful and well-maintained swimming pool, but the beach impressed us most of all. It is wide, covered with fine sand and completely free of stones. The entrance to the clean, warm sea is gentle, and the water remains relatively shallow for quite a long distance, making it perfect for relaxing and carefree swimming. Further out, there is also a broad stretch of deeper water for more confident swimmers. There are plenty of comfortable sun loungers directly beside the beach, all shaded by large parasols. We never had any difficulty finding a free place, regardless of the time of day. There are also numerous water sports facilities and activities available close to the hotel beach. This was not our first visit to Turkey, so we are able to compare Trendy Palm Beach with other hotels in the country. We can honestly say that it is the best hotel we have stayed at in Turkey so far. Its high standards, excellent organisation, beautiful sandy beach, superb cuisine, enjoyable entertainment, exceptionally efficient technical service and, above all, the warmth and professionalism of the entire staff made our holiday truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing and perfectly organised seaside holiday. We would be delighted to return! We were very satisfied with the hotel. 😊 The food was good and there was a great variety, although the food at the beach was the same every day. The rooms were nice and always perfectly clean. The staff were amazing, friendly and quick, and the drinks were always prepared in no time. Our favorite bartender was Murat (Jason), who was always smiling and very friendly. 🍹😊 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. A special thank you to Mis. Sevgi from reception, who was extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us change our room and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We would also like to give special praise to Abdullah, our waiter, who was always smiling, fast, attentive, and incredibly friendly. His positive energy and excellent service made every meal even more enjoyable. Overall, an amazing experience with exceptional service and wonderful staff.
