Trendy Palm Beach

Had an amazing holiday from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate and the food was good quality with plenty of choice, a massive thank you to Seto from the animation team who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, very attentive and friendly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

We recently returned from our holiday at Palm Beach Hotel, we had a great stay, with no issues what so ever. The hotel is very well maintained, our room was very spacious and sea facing, albeit on one of the rear block of rooms. Bathroom was very good and the drench showers was fantastic (nothing worse than the shower that's barely a trickle). The atmosphere and staff were excellent, the food and entertainment were as good as we've had. Thank you once again to everyone at Trendy Palm Beach Hotel, we look forward to coming back again.

The hotel is simply fantastic. I've been to Turkey many times and have never experienced such service or such delicious, beautifully presented food. I felt like I was in a proper restaurant. Upon reaching the beach, a staff member immediately comes to clean the sand from the sunbeds. The afternoon cocktails are delicious, the fruit is ripe and tasty, and there's a large selection of bread, vegetables, meats, and sweets. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the bed linen and towels are changed daily. Everything is of a very high standard. The water in the pool is clean and warm. The beach slopes gently, without rocks or pebbles. The patisserie serves delicious cakes and coffee. Everything is like in the most expensive hotel. I'm going back next year. It's worth it, because relaxing without the shouting and annoying music is the most relaxing experience. There's a bubble bath by the pool every other week. I recommend it. Most of the tourists are from Germany, very few Russians. The hotel is truly GREAT!!!

Very enjoyable holiday, top floor room very hot, air con ineffective, but we could have told reception and they would have moved us down a floor or two to a possibly cooler room. A little difficult to find things if you are visually impaired - a map of facilities along side the timings sheet, would have been more helpful. I have stayed in better 4 star hotels, some things a little tired. However, the staff were great and tried very hard to accommodate our needs, although their English was not always great, their German was better, they tried and we got there in the end. I cannot praise them enough.

The staff is exelent and kind, all the services are great!
