We loved this hotel, food was great, location fantastic, and the entertainment was probably the best we've had at an all.inclisive - the staff went to greay lengths to make the evenings fun and memorable. Additionally, I really loved the beach volleyball, so much fun!

Absolutely amazing hotel, we loved everything about it. All the staff in every department (especially reception, restaurants, cleaning & porters) were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we arrived, we were immediately offered a glass of champagne whilst checking in. Then we were escorted up to our room and the porter explained everything to us (wifi, tv, air con, etc). The room was spotlessly clean and the minibar was filled up every day free of charge! The food on offer is lovely and so much choice. Plenty to eat and drink throughout the day. The atmosphere in the hotel is so relaxed, exactly what we wanted. The entertainment team didn’t pressure you if you didn’t want to join in with anything. The pool area is lovely, lots of sun beds available every day (either at the pool or at the beach bit), no issues. The entire hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean at all times, a credit to the lovely cleaners! Absolutely loved our stay here, first time visiting but won’t be the last. Can’t fault the hotel at all. One slight annoyance is guests smoking in the outside restaurants but that’s not the fault of the hotel staff and can’t be changed unfortunately. However, we just ate inside and it didn’t dampen our holiday whatsoever. Thanks to everyone at Trendy Palm Beach, we will be back again!

I only have positive things to say about this great hotel. We were there 10th-22nd May - from the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, even after a slight misunderstanding about the room we had booked (probably our fault) and we were offered a different room slightly closer to the sea. The hotel and grounds were kept very clean, including our room and even the poolside toilets. Don't know the lady's name who worked in that area but she always seemed to be there keeping everything spotless and greeting guests with a smile. We never had a problem finding sunbeds by the pool and were pleased to see that notes were left on unoccupied beds reminding guests not to "reserve" them with towels. The food was fabulous - so much choice! We didn't try the speciality restaurants as the main restaurant was so good, with a choice of sitting inside or outside (where there was another mainly grilled food buffet and morning egg station). The lunchtime pool restaurant was great too with yet another outside seating overlooking the beach - mainly pizza, burgers, chicken, great choice of salad dishes and also a Turkish gozleme (pancake) cooking area. As others have said, the staff at this hotel are amazing, immediately switching to English when they realised we weren't German. Every single staff member made us feel like they were there to help us enjoy our holiday - can't remember all the names but need to especially mention Eray, Omer and Erol (restaurant/bar), all the reception staff and the two ladies who ran the yoga, gym and aqua gym classes each morning. Also the hotel nurse Neval who helped my husband when he badly cut his finger. And of course the General Manager (Melik, I think?) who we saw most days walking around the grounds checking that guests were ok - don't think I've ever seen that in a hotel before! We booked spa packages on 2 days and all the staff there were fab too. Finally this hotel is in a great location if you like to wander out for a stroll. Out the front of the hotel and turn right for local shops, cafes, bars and out the back to the beach and turn left to find the lovely promenade that runs along the beach all the way to Side. It takes about 50-60 mins to reach the area where the ruins are and the main town, but well worth it if your legs are up to it and you have the time. Walking one way and taxi the other worked well for us!
