Overall this was a disappointing holiday and not a hotel we'd return to. Firstly, the positives: 1. Pool barman really nice. 2. Nice, clean and stylish feel to the hotel 3. Gym decent for a hotel Now the negatives: 1. 'Guest Relations' have no clue how to treat customers. They simply do not care and do not help. 2. Badly implemented sun lounger reservation policy where their 'Guest Relations' (Pool police) march around the place and jump on you to give you a warning ticket if you're not on your lounger at all times. I got one within 3 minutes of getting in the pool....not sure if they want you to take your towel into the water with you! 3. German language is all they know or want to communicate in. If you're English or Scandinavian then forget it. (Despite what a recent review from a Scandinavian guest perceived, we were not favored as Brits and by the way, we were not involved in any drunken or rude behavior!) 4. Daytime activities and evening entertainment was poor. 5. Food ok but questionable quality (ie. barn eggs not free range) 6. Included drinks were awful

This hotel is quite nice but there are issues..... Good Things: * Plenty of food and tastes good. Theme nights are good. * Staff are not pushy like other hotels for photographs and spa treatments. * Comfortable rooms and minibar. * Good cocktails and bottled water fridges. * Hotel is luxury * Beach bar is very nice and no smoking areas. * Staff are friendly and not pushy for tip. * Very quiet after shows end. Bad Things: * The staff eat in restaurant and they monopolise the stations. I had to wait 15 minutes while a member of staff ordered omelettes for himself while the queue of guests waited a long time. The man on the bbq would only give me one steak but a member of staff was allowed to have three. * The beach is dirty and the ashtrays are not emptied for days. You also have to wait a long time for the beach man to bring you sunbed cushions. * Animation is bad, we only went to three of the shows. Animation team only engage with young people and they look bored. Probably wouldn't come again.

We come back to this hotel year after year because we love it so much and we’re never disappointed. It’s the best hotel in Turkey. the service is exceptional and we’re treated like old friends everytime. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food is delicious and the beach is lovely. The whole holiday is so relaxing. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Our dear friend Ali Sun is our favourite person. He always goes out of his way to make us feel like friends of the hotel and makes our holiday so spectacular. Everyone here is great and there are too many people to mention but we enjoy seeing our friend Baki everytime, he makes the BEST cocktails. Fatima Kaya is so lovely and lastly Mustaffa in the restaurant is such a kind man who gives excellent service. Everyone should be commended! We’re looking forward to returning soon for another wonderful holiday 👍

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here at the beginning of June, we hsd a great time! Our room was great the beds so comfy thank you Fatma for looking after us. The staff did everything to make you feelgood thank you Osman🥰 Hope to come back soon!
