Just what we were after, chilled vibes, decent food and good facilities!

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for two weeks. The rooms were amazing probably the comfiest beds I have ever been on. Guest relations team were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The entertainment team were all very nice. As a British couple we didn't realize that Magic Life was predominantly German guests however, all entertainers and some workers had good english. The hotel grounds are massive and incredibly beautiful. We had ana amazing view of the mountains from our hotel. Food was good. Breakfast was a lot more continental style, lunch was always the best and dinner was also nice with something for everyone most nights. Only thing I would change would be that the all inclusive drinks menu is very limited. E.g. sex on the beach you had to pay for and many other known cocktails were not free. While in other resorts almost all cocktails are free.

It’s a great location with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are modern and are good value for money. The hotel is very clean and the service from staff was brilliant.

On arrival quite late on Friday we were disappointed to find the Seaview room we had booked for our wedding anniversary was not available. However TUI's Agent Sana turned what could have been disappointing into delightful when she managed to get us moved to a lovely Seaview facing quiet room on Sunday...thank you again!. The Hotel overall is excellent, nice atmosphere plenty to do or just chill. The food was very good and varied including a la carte.Boat trips (recommended), para sailing etc from the front of the hotel.. The room was comfortable with air conditioning. All told an excellent break thanks to the wonderful staff at the Tui Magic Life Hotel.🌞

The rooms and the overall cleanliness and organization of the hotel were very good. Overall, we left the hotel very satisfied. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and polite. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sana from guest relations for her kindness, warm smile, and helpfulness.
