absolute gem of a hotel. Chilled and relaxing. No animation or water slides. great food and pool areas. Thanks to staff for a lovely week, spoecial mention to mohammed the bar and restuarant manager who was good fun and to the lady manager for the upgrade. Everywhere was spotless. Chris and suzie had a great week !!

This hotel is brilliant. Don’t let the old reviews fool you, this modern aesthetic and clean hotel has had a brilliant upgrade. The staff here are nothing but helpful. We arrived to the hotel around 10/11pm and the lovely receptionist (guy with glasses - sorry I don’t know your name) guided us to our room personally and took our luggage for us. I booked via Jet2 (a poolside room) which we initially thought this was a swim up room - it is not, it’s a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. However Jet2 don’t have this listed on their website but we asked to upgrade to a swim up room and oh my god was it worth it. For around £250 extra for the week, god it made the holiday x10 better. We were quite peckish so the receptionist recommended a restaurant to order takeaway from and was extremely knowledgeable about what to order and what not to; he then phoned up and ordered for us.. great customer service. It was my partners birthday during our stay and they decorated the room with flower petals and towel figures as well as a kind note, a bottle of wine and a fruit platter! Excellent attention to detail. The staff are brilliant here; Mohammed, Erbil and Youseff to mention as well as all the young lads working in the bar and all the staff in the kitchen and housekeeping ladies! Our room was kept tidy and the food was delicious and not like your regular all inclusive; The food had proper flavour and wasn’t bland. The cocktails were brilliant and they have efes beer on tap. On one of the nights there was live music which was lovely followed by the next evening a live bingo hosted by the managers with some brilliant prizes like a massage in the spa, jet skiing & getting your hair done in the salon! It was great fun. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach everyday at different times which includes free umbrellas and sunbeds whilst you’re there too! The beach is lovely and the water is warm. Definite visit. Definitely visit the old town whilst you’re here too, amazing ruins and restaurants down by the marina. Also a great selection of replica bag and clothes shops down there too.. you’ll be spoilt for choice! Also, a short walk from the hotel is the red lion bar, where they show live sports and a great English fry up for those brits who are missing home. All in all it’s been a great trip and if you’re looking for a smaller, calm, relaxing hotel with great staff, this is your best bet! 5/5 stars.

Lovely hotel would recommend to family and friends. Staff are lovely and welcoming always try to help you if you needed it . Lovely clean around pool . Rooms are lovely and clean so is the bedding. Food was ok need little more choice . We’re definitely be going again x

The hotel is not overpowering, everything is in close proximity to the rooms, restaurant, bar, pool, etc. Facilities are modern and clean. At the time the clients were mostly adults, from their 20's, and the atmosphere was a very relaxed one. The staff cannot do enough for you, always helpful and friendly There were no young children facilities or evening entertainment every night, just occasionally which suited us. The food is good but typically for a holiday hotel the menu is both varied and limited, by that I mean lots of choice but of the same thing served differently, especially the salads. But no complaints. It's a distance to the beach but there is a free shuttle bus. WiFi is good, managed to check my HD security cameras without a problem. Would we recommend it..... yes Would we return.... yes Hope this review helps

We stayed here for 11 nights. Cannot fault this hotel. We were in the new section of the hotel on the ground floor facing the pool. Open the patio doors and you also have a pool there too. Rooms there are large, bathrooms with walk in shower. Aircon and safe are free. Beds are super comfy 👍 Pool area very well laid out, never had any issues getting a sunbed. Its a laid back , chilled atmosphere at the poolside. Drinks at the bar are good. The food for me was all good, plenty meat dishes and salad. Good choice of cakes too. All staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned everyday. Nearest bar we found was the Red Lion about 10 min walk. Great hotel 👍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🍻🏝
