Victoria Princess Hotel

Our stay at “The Victoria Princess Hotel” was fantastic from start to finish. The swim up room was beautiful with lots of added extras on the balcony (sunbeds, table and chairs, towel rails etc) - Well worth the additional money! The room had many features from a tv (with access to Netflix, prime and other apps), kettle, mini fridge, sofa and large dressing table. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and fresh towels were replaced daily by the cleaning staff. The pool areas were pristine and cleaned regularly in the evenings. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols for guests wanting to sit around the main pool or near the bar area. The restaurant had a good range of food available on the all inclusive buffet for each meal time and plenty of additional options from the main menu for a small charge. Bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and provided 5* service daily. Included in the price were a range of cocktails, soft drinks and local alcoholic choices. There is a small shop on site selling souvenirs, snacks, drinks and toiletries. There is also a hair and nail salon (although we didn’t use this) for an additional charge. The gym was clean and tidy hosting a range of cardio machines and weight lifting equipment. Included on site is a hotel spa - On our first day we visited here to use the Turkish bath (stated to be included in our package) however we were later told this was only available for use twice a week at set times which was slightly disappointing. The staff offered plenty of options for treatments at an additional cost, however we decided against this as we had already booked onto an excursion via our holiday provider that offered a similar service. Use of the Turkish Bath facilities each day would perhaps help promote this area of the hotel more, as the spa itself looked beautifully refurbished. Free shuttle service to the local beach was included and private transfers were easily arranged via the hotel reception for an additional cost if needed. This was really helpful to anyone unfamiliar with the area. We had a fantastic holiday at Princess Victoria and would highly recommend to other couples looking for a more relaxed and peaceful holiday.

It’s a small hotel, recently refurbished and not filled to capacity at time of my stay, so staff very attentive. The food is fresh and tasty- although not huge selection due to size of hotel . All inclusive drinks are very limited and not the best. All the staff are very hard working and the hotel is spotless. Pool area is beautiful with plenty sunbeds and umbrellas, however, depending on the barman ,the music playing can so loud that you can’t concentrate on reading a book ( even after pointing this out to guest services ! ) There are shops and restaurants not too far from hotel which is slightly off the main road but beware the pavements are not the best ! The hotel runs a courtesy bus to the beach and has sunbeds there. The beach is maybe a 15-20 minute walk and the old town and harbour 20-25 minute walk which is well worth the walk. You can also get public transport cheaply to take you to Manavgat and other places. Overall I’ve had a lovely time and hotel was great value.

absolute gem of a hotel. Chilled and relaxing. No animation or water slides. great food and pool areas. Thanks to staff for a lovely week, spoecial mention to mohammed the bar and restuarant manager who was good fun and to the lady manager for the upgrade. Everywhere was spotless. Chris and suzie had a great week !!

This hotel is brilliant. Don’t let the old reviews fool you, this modern aesthetic and clean hotel has had a brilliant upgrade. The staff here are nothing but helpful. We arrived to the hotel around 10/11pm and the lovely receptionist (guy with glasses - sorry I don’t know your name) guided us to our room personally and took our luggage for us. I booked via Jet2 (a poolside room) which we initially thought this was a swim up room - it is not, it’s a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. However Jet2 don’t have this listed on their website but we asked to upgrade to a swim up room and oh my god was it worth it. For around £250 extra for the week, god it made the holiday x10 better. We were quite peckish so the receptionist recommended a restaurant to order takeaway from and was extremely knowledgeable about what to order and what not to; he then phoned up and ordered for us.. great customer service. It was my partners birthday during our stay and they decorated the room with flower petals and towel figures as well as a kind note, a bottle of wine and a fruit platter! Excellent attention to detail. The staff are brilliant here; Mohammed, Erbil and Youseff to mention as well as all the young lads working in the bar and all the staff in the kitchen and housekeeping ladies! Our room was kept tidy and the food was delicious and not like your regular all inclusive; The food had proper flavour and wasn’t bland. The cocktails were brilliant and they have efes beer on tap. On one of the nights there was live music which was lovely followed by the next evening a live bingo hosted by the managers with some brilliant prizes like a massage in the spa, jet skiing & getting your hair done in the salon! It was great fun. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to and from the beach everyday at different times which includes free umbrellas and sunbeds whilst you’re there too! The beach is lovely and the water is warm. Definite visit. Definitely visit the old town whilst you’re here too, amazing ruins and restaurants down by the marina. Also a great selection of replica bag and clothes shops down there too.. you’ll be spoilt for choice! Also, a short walk from the hotel is the red lion bar, where they show live sports and a great English fry up for those brits who are missing home. All in all it’s been a great trip and if you’re looking for a smaller, calm, relaxing hotel with great staff, this is your best bet! 5/5 stars.

Lovely hotel would recommend to family and friends. Staff are lovely and welcoming always try to help you if you needed it . Lovely clean around pool . Rooms are lovely and clean so is the bedding. Food was ok need little more choice . We’re definitely be going again x
