Victoria Princess Hotel

Stayed at Victoria Princess for a week with my sister and had a fantastic time! We had a swim up room which was absolutely amazing! Everything is new, everything works as it should and the room we had was huge. There is lots of storage for clothes and suitcases, a large desk with a good mirror, mini fridge, big TV with Netflix, Disney+ and YouTube and excellent air conditioning. Our terrace and pool were wonderful. The water is perfectly clear and clean. We had 2 sun loungers and a little table and chairs on our terrace. There is also a small clothes drying rack. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and pristine. There are staff cleaning the grounds all the time and it shows. The 2 main pools are spotless and inviting and there are more than enough loungers for everyone. There is a little shop selling ice creams, pool floats, gifts and games. We found it to be really reasonably priced. The spa has a Turkish bath and offers Turkish scrubs/peels and massages. Fresh pool towels are available every day here. I had two massages which were both lovely, although one was rushed. The spa isn’t the cheapest and they like to offer deals on 3 or more massages! At the start of our holiday we felt there were a few things that could have been improved to make the hotel a 5* experience. By the end of the week we felt everything was perfect - it is really obvious the staff at the hotel care about every single detail and we were so impressed with the way things improved over the week. Our favourite things about the Victoria Princess were: the desserts/pastries, the pools, the friendly and helpful check in, the staff and the bingo! The staff at the hotel are fantastic. Special mention to the bar tenders and Mohammed. They work really hard and we had such a great time with them! We are already looking to book another stay at the Victoria Princess and have recommended it to family and friends!

We were visiting early may 2026. Hotel is looking amazing, got our room early. Staff is very friendly and helpful would like to mention Ayhan and Caglar who were very attentive and made my holiday absolutely enjoyable. Food is fresh and tasty and have a lots of choise. Drinks are very good. Also SPA in the hotel is absolutely fantastic, interior is new and hammam is one of the best I've ever had, especially Liza was master of her work. Maximum value for your money. Rooms are pretty and spacious.

A special thank you to the amazing team in the bar and restaurant: Erbil, Muhammed, Caglar, Oguzan, Essra, Ayhan, Selma, and Kamil. Every single one of you brought warmth, professionalism, and genuine joy to our stay. But I have to highlight one star in particular—Erbil, or as I like to call him, “Erbil the Great.” His positive attitude, infectious energy, and constant smile made every visit to the bar a highlight of our day. He has a rare gift for making guests feel truly welcome and appreciated, and it did not go unnoticed. You all turned a great holiday into something truly special.
