Victoria Princess Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Staff very friendly and nothings too much. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. No matter what time of day, we were able to get sunbeds round the pool together. Round the corner are a couple of lovely restaurants and its a 20 min walk to the old town. Really enjoyed our time here and will be back

Late check-in and an immediate lie. "Fully booked so we've upgraded you to a pool room with private pool". Nope. Ground floor room with the public pool outside the door and a very tired, worn room. At 6:30-7:00am every morning staff started banging steaks or whatever for lunch directly behind the bedroom wall. The noise was insane, like sleeping next to the kitchen. We complained. "Sorry, hotel is full. Can you manage one more night?" We did. Still nothing happend. Another terrible night. Only when we threatened to check out did they finally give us a nice room on the top floor for the last 3 nights. Too little, too late. Left for home exhausted instead of rested. Food in the restaurant is below average. Thank god we didn't book all-inclusive. Breakfast was okay. Pros: helpful staff, clean hotel, nice pools.

For our first time in Side / Manavgat, Victoria Princess Hotel truly made it a very memorable experience. We arrived late at night and was welcomed by Erdem who throughout our holiday helped us with booking excursions, transports, great recommendations, booked us reservations at a beautiful restaurant and made our time at Victoria Princess Hotel feel so special that we had extended our hotel longer with his help. HUGE SHOUTOUT to Erdem such a lovley soul and beautiful character. Legend! - The staff are all lovely and welcoming, the food was good with many various selections, rooms were clean, cleaned daily, spacious and our balcony was our favourite part of the room. The spa was a great experience and even helped with sunburn. There is a shop on the premises which we found was good, with good prices and the shopkeeper was very friendly and nice. There was some activities on at night such as bingo, quiz night and live music. A taxi into town was around 5 minutes away which was convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here. Noteworthy details - We want to give a big shoutout to reception staff especially to Erdem, Harun, the waiter who would make meme sounds with me everyday without fail haha and the kind lady with beautiful white dog behind reception for making our holiday special and going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, happy and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Princess Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and has such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, shops, and local restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special mention has to go to Muhammed and his fantastic food and beverage team. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine passion for looking after guests made a real difference to our stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Muhammed always went above and beyond with a warm smile and exceptional service. He is a true credit to the hotel and an outstanding leader for his team. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Thank you to everyone at the Victoria Princess Hotel for making our holiday so enjoyable. We look forward to returning in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Victoria Princess Hotel, Side We had a fantastic stay at the Victoria Princess Hotel. It’s a lovely family-run hotel with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff really go out of their way to make sure you have a great holiday. Nothing is too much trouble, and their friendliness makes all the difference. The facilities are excellent, with spotless pools, comfortable rooms, and the whole hotel kept exceptionally clean. The food was very good, with plenty of choice, and it’s great that the hotel offers both all-inclusive and bed & breakfast options to suit different travellers. The hotel has recently been refurbished and many guests praise its cleanliness, modern feel, and attentive service. The only downside for us was the lack of entertainment in the evenings. A bit more live music or organised activities would make the experience even better. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Victoria Princess Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Side. Excellent value for money, wonderful staff, and a hotel that genuinely cares about its guests. We’d happily return.
