Xanadu Resort

We had an amazing experience thanks to the outstanding customer service from Mehmet Anil Yilmaz. From the very beginning of our trip, he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always approachable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly for us. What really stood out was his positive attitude and he always had a genuine smile and made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. His professionalism combined with his friendly nature truly made a difference to our overall experience. A real asset to the team! The resort itself is beautiful, well-kept, and offers a great balance of relaxation and entertainment, making it a really enjoyable place to stay overall.

We stayed at Xanadu Resort between 19–23 May, and we had a really lovely holiday. The hotel was very good in many ways, and we left with very positive memories. First of all, the green areas and landscaping of the hotel were amazing. The whole resort felt very peaceful, clean, and well cared for. Walking around the hotel was very enjoyable because everywhere was full of trees, flowers, and beautiful garden areas. The food was also one of the best parts of our stay. There were so many different options, and it was easy to find something delicious at every meal. The variety and quality of the food were really impressive. The staff were always kind, friendly, and solution-oriented. Whenever we needed something, they tried to help us quickly and with a smile. We especially want to thank Vedat Bey, who served us at the Italian restaurant and the kebab restaurant. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. His service made our dinners even more enjoyable. The pools and water slides were also very nice. They were clean, fun, and suitable for both adults and children. The general cleanliness of the hotel was also at a high level, which made us feel very comfortable during our stay. One small but very meaningful detail happened on a rainy day. Since we had a baby with us, the staff did not let us walk in the rain for a long distance. They immediately helped us with a buggy and took us to the nearby fish restaurant. This was a very thoughtful gesture and showed how much they care about their guests. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Xanadu Resort. The hotel, the food, the nature, the cleanliness, and especially the staff made our holiday very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to visit again.

Our stay at Xanadu Resort Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with attention to detail that really made a difference. The food selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. There was never a dull moment thanks to the range of activities and entertainment available throughout the day. A special mention goes to Ayhan Ozdemir from the animation team he truly stood out. He was attentive, energetic, and made sure guests were always engaged and having fun. His enthusiasm and friendly approach added so much to our experience and kept the atmosphere lively. The location of the resort is excellent, offering both convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite all the activities available, our room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. On top of that, the overall experience provided fantastic value for money, making it an easy choice for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and entertainment in one place. Overall, top-tier service, great entertainment, and a genuinely enjoyable stay. We would absolutely return!

we just came back 3 people after 6 nights. let me start from start. we arrive late night. 24/7 snake bar olivia was open. food at olivia not great. our room size was small. room was old. hot pool was good pier good. main beauty of hotel was dinner. big and best. out door live cooking station very good. night shows good

such an amazing hotel. staff, setting, activities and food. I can't recommend enough. Fehart especially so helpful. baby pool was warm, slides were great and night activities were fantastic. definitely would want to return
