Xanadu Resort

Had a wonderful holiday at Xanadu! Stayed for 10 nights beginning of May. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, great service from all the teams. The food was delicious, rooms very clean, gardens/pools/grounds/beach kept beautifully! The kids club (Fancyland) was a big highlight for our family as we have a 7 and 3 year old. We can't compliment the Fancyland team enough. They do an amazing job to keep the kids engaged and entertained, speaking multiple languages to make every child feel included. My kids loved the programmes they had on offer and looked forward to the mini disco every night after dinner! They also have kids shoes after the mini disco on certain nights. A big shout-out to the ladies that looked after our children: Olga, Zuzu, Masha, Ekaterina, Sara to name a few!! Sorry I don't know how to spell everyone's names but there were more ladies! Also thank you to Yulia who runs Fancyland - she was warm and welcoming every day she greeted us and was very informative. We felt comfortable to leave our children in their care. They even sent us pictures and videos of what the kids did. Only advice I would give, especially for guests who want to get some sleep: ask for a room furtherest away from the Xanadu main pool bar (the entertainment is really loud late into the evening - live music etc after kids show is over). And bring good earplugs because you will still hear music from the neighbouring resort! With earplugs, we managed to sleep quite well. We will definitely return, overall a great experience! We came over to Xanadu for a much needed break for my two sons and I. We were taken back by the resorts facilities from beginning to end. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and drinks restocked every morning in the fridge. The entertainment team were fantastic looking after the kids with daily activities. The boys loved “Willy wonka” the professional darts player who hosted darts games, bingo, ring toss and always keeping the boys happy. Great guy ! Also a highlight was a daily game of football at dedicated football pitch. The amphitheatre was wonderful with a show on every evening at 9.30pm - we personally enjoyed the ghost show and glimmer of stars. The staff are very good, taking care to make sure you are well looked after the whole holiday with providing drinks and snacks. The restaurants are amazing and the food is the best I’ve had at a hotel ! Great variety and even the kids were very happy.

Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The atmosphere, service, and hospitality were top-notch from start to finish. A special shoutout to Salim — such a talented and energetic entertainer who made every moment fun and memorable. His positive vibe and great interaction with guests truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for both comfort and entertainment! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An unforgettable stay! The hotel exceeded all expectations with its luxurious rooms, outstanding service, delicious food, and breathtaking atmosphere. Every detail was perfect, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced — highly recommended!

Don’t normally write reviews but felt i needed to for Xanadu. Had such an amazing holiday!!!! Firstly the only slight negative is that the rooms are dated but they are a good size and extremely clean and tidy. Hotel facilities are 10/10 no matter what age you are. Hotel staff and the best i have ever experienced and i have stayed in plenty 5 star hotels previously. Would not hesitate to go back. We all had the best holiday and look forward to visiting again.
