The hotel is good, staff are nice. Food options are very good with food throughout the day. There are 2 free restaurants that can be booked and 5 that are paid, however the general hotel buffet offers plenty of options. The hotel is catered to a younger and older demographic, perfect for families or older couples. If you are relatively young or looking for an adrenaline filled experience this is not the resort. Anil and Meerim at guest relations were extremely helpful and provided assistance whenever requested and. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Absolutely amazing hotel, staff are friendly especially at the pool snack bar also the staff that fly around on skates. The location is perfect the beach is beautiful and you see turtles. Room was big and cleaned everyday the pressure of the shower is quite poor. The food was sometimes hit and miss at breakfast but always found something. Lunch and dinner was brilliant and always found something but could do with being a little warmer especially when you get food from the grill we found that to be cold. We celebrated the hotels 26th birthday and what a day it was. The laser and fireworks show was fantastic and the cake wow. We had the best holiday and will be retiring for a big family holiday next year.

We had an amazing holiday at Xanadu Resort and can honestly say it’s the best 4/5-star resort we’ve ever stayed in. Our sons are both neurodivergent, and holidays can sometimes be stressful for us. However, the relaxed atmosphere, excellent facilities, and welcoming staff made this trip feel genuinely easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed in a bungalow room, which was admittedly slightly dated in places. That said, it was huge, spotless, and perfectly located near the quieter Secret Garden pool. As we spent very little time in the room, it suited us perfectly. The service throughout the resort was excellent. The roller-skating waiters were a particular highlight, always friendly, efficient, and great fun. The food was outstanding, with plenty of choice, and the cocktails were fantastic. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, and the whole resort had a wonderfully relaxed, chilled atmosphere while still offering plenty to do for those who wanted it. A particular highlight of our stay was the hotel’s 26th anniversary celebration. The atmosphere was incredible, with cocktail bars, live music throughout the day, a spectacular gala dinner featuring five different types of steak, and an amazing fireworks display that completely blew us away. It was an unforgettable experience and one we’ll remember for a long time. Clearly, a huge amount of work and planning went into the event, and everyone involved deserves tremendous credit. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, regularly checking that everything was going well. The entertainment was also excellent, especially the live music and the Ghost Show, which was a real standout. On our final day, we treated ourselves to a beach pavilion and were exceptionally well looked after by Musa, who never seemed to stop all day. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was the perfect way to end our holiday on a high. Our only disappointment was discovering the adults-only cocktail bar on our final night—we wish we’d found it sooner! Thank you to everyone at Xanadu for such a wonderful holiday. We’ve stayed at several 4 and 5-star resorts across Turkey and Dubai over the years, but Xanadu is by far the best. We would return without hesitation.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone with Children. Lots to do, great food and good entertainment. Especially liked the bar staff on roller blades taking drinks orders all day and the friendly entertainment staff.

Excellent holiday and service from start to finish! We are a family of 4 with 2 children aged 6 and 9. There was always something going on to keep everyone entertained. Lots of food and drink choices definitely something to cater for everyone's tastes. The guest relations team are very helpful and if something is wrong they are keen to fix it for you. The hotel itself is spotless. The bungalows are dated but spacious. Would definitely recommend.
