Xanadu Resort

Been visiting this resort for many years and it never fails to ensure I always have an have excellent holiday. Great facilities, beautiful gardens and beach area, plenty of places to eat with very good food and high standard of cleanliness throughout. One of the reasons for this resort being so good is their fabulous team of staff who do whatever it needs to provide such a high level of service in a courteous, friendly manner - too many to mention any names. The hotel birthday celebrations held on 1st June were wonderful. Well done everyone 👏🏻👏🏻

Hi- Im staying here in July, i have contacted the hotel through whats app like stated on website and emailed, i have had no response, im staying in 2 bedroom bungalow and have read some unpleasant reports on air con and dampness, and as a family with a daughter with medical condition i need someone to contact me regarding my stay so i can make sure she will be fine

Hands done one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The pools are really really nice and beginning of June at a very nice temperature, not cold at all. There is food everywhere in the hotel from the snack bar, beach restaurant, Gözleme tent, the buffet restaurant, they all offer great food. The kids loved the large selection of ice cream, waffles etc. The animation team is so much fun and the shows in the evening are great too. Loved the teen party where the kids could try out all these games for free, street fighter, VR (could have been a little longer), drone flying etc. Also the climbing park for the kids and everything is included. I would like to thank Murat Aksoy from the snack bar for always making the best hot chili passion drink and the shirley temple for my kids. Always friendly and fast service! And also Ysmet Ilnez from the pool bar for giving us drinks till the very end. Also very friendly service. The football gras field is great to play. Lobe that all the playgrounds are in the shade. The whole hotel / garden is kept amazing. The selection of food is super! The only thing I don't like is the plastic cups when you take something out of the bar, there the hotel could change to reusable cups. But otherwise I can 10000% recommend the hotel! And, the Shops in the hotel are a little too expensive.

Still here now and loving every minute. Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff and facilities. Big mention to Zach who does the air rifling amongst lots of other things. Always makes time to say hello to me and my wife. Lovely guy. Food and drinks are great. We are staying in bungalow room and love them.

We are here now. The location is gorgeous, set in lovely gardens, pine trees and home to some unusual birds, if that's your thing. There's loads of golf nearby although that was not on the cards for me this time. We went with 3 kids and they're all good swimmers but the pools are all quite shallow (1.4m) which adds a level of confidence to let them play. The pools are fresh water and a great temperature; not too cold but enough so you know you're swimming ! I had reviewed the hotel previously and mentioned the room we had was too small for 5 people and following some conversations with hotel management, we have a room that we feel better suits our needs and what we were expecting. So credit where it's due, the hotel have responded to this and provided a more appropriate sized room for our needs. So that does say a lot about their customer service, which has shown to be excellent. The Dolce Vita Italian restaurant is really good and we all enjoyed it. Staff were really attentive there, as they are throughout. The hotel does feel like good value. The issue over the room allocation originally lies with booking agents I think, so I will address that with On The Beach separately. The hotel is great, it's not noisy, it doesn't feel crowded and it feels like a bit of paradise. There's a good fitness centre and It's clean and well maintained and I would come back here for sure. The water slides are good but there are age restrictions on some of them, so some may be unavailable to younger guests, but there's lots of others aimed at younger ones too in fancy land, which is also really great if you have youngsters. Food is beautifully presented and very tasty, sometimes not as hot as I like it, but maybe because I spend too much time walking around looking at it all once I've chosen. There's loads to do and all 3 main pools are nice and clean with lovely water. We booked a private transfer from the airport and I'd say it was money well spent, 40 mins drive and with 3 kids it was worth the bit extra; no multiple drop-off points that takes ages. The driver got us in a party mood with some upbeat tunes for the kids. So 3 days to go and then back to the madness, but this is a great hotel, I don't think you'll be disappointed here. Enjoy ! ❤️
