Zena Resort Hotel

A horrible palce to stay in. We have been here for 6 days and unfortunately we have paid for 6 more. The first impression was awful. There was only one young boy at the reception. We booked sea view room and he gave us room looking at the nearby hotel. When we argued that this is not what we paid for, he gave us other room. After that we wanted to go in the sea but the security guy stopped us because the reception didn't gave us hotel bracelets and we had to return to reception. The other problem is the entertainment. There is no entertainment at all in this hotel. Basic shows, and not every night, and nothing after. Such a boring place to have vacation. If you are senior citizen and you got to sleep at 10:30h, then this is a place for you. Food is horrible. If you like chicken, zucchini and eggplant, this is a hotel for you. No variety at all. And if there is something edible and good, there is a row and you have to wait several minutes for it. If you arrive late at dinner, be prepared to have nothing edible to eat because they don't replace eaten food. And the Wi-Fi. What to say about "five star" hotel that doesn't have free Wi-Fi. Horrible place. We have been in many hotels in Antalya region in last 12 years and this one is the worst. This doesn't deserve Turkish 5 star, perhaps Turkish 4 star, and 2 star worldwide. The quality of the towels is horrible and you can't change the beach towels during the day. And we have never seen that the beach bar is closed during day. Where is the logic that you can't get drinks from 12:30 to 14:30h on the beach. The pool is small and stair entrance from the peer to the sea is rusty. Just pray you don't get tetanus... Just horror story hotel.

Very nice hotel with a nice view. The rooms are good with new furniture and comfortable beds, they clean every day. The food is delicious and quite varied, the drinks are also ok. The entertainment team is very good during the day and in the evening with various programs for children and adults. The sea was wonderful and warm. I have been to Turkey on holiday several times, but this was the best.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, the room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped, and the animators were extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the excellent service!

The hotel room is very clean, the food is tasty with a wide selection. By far the biggest plus were everyday events such as concerts or shows. The staff is very nice and talkative, while the animators are some of the best I have met, especially Emircan and Ali. At any time they encourage various activities on the other hand without being intrusive. I highly recommend this hotel

Zena Resort has some positives – renovated, clean rooms and a good location near the beach. However, our overall experience was disappointing, especially for non-Russian guests. Approximately 99% of the guests were Russian. The entire hotel atmosphere – entertainment, music, communication – was designed exclusively for them. The animation team spoke only Russian and could not communicate in English or other languages. Every day we heard Russian pop music from the '80s and '90s, including songs praising Putin and "Mother Russia," which felt extremely uncomfortable. Some Russian guests even made political remarks, such as “Poland is our new republic.” This created an unpleasant and tense environment. Some Polish women didn’t even feel safe admitting where they were from. Food was average, with little variety. Only one type of meat was served, and long queues formed every evening at the grill – waiting up to 30 minutes was common. Entertainment was weak – there were no beach volleyball games for several days. If you're nostalgic for the Soviet Union – this place may be for you. But if you prefer a relaxing holiday without political overtones or drunk guests on every corner – I strongly suggest choosing another hotel.
