Zena Resort Hotel

We had an amazing stay at Zena Resort Hotel in Kemer, Antalya! From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. There is so much to do throughout the day, with a huge variety of activities for both adults and children, so you never get bored. The food was also really good, with plenty of choice at every meal and something for everyone. The evening shows and entertainment were definitely one of the highlights, they were fun, lively and really well organised. The whole atmosphere of the resort is fantastic. The staff are friendly and always willing to help, and you can really feel that they put a lot of effort into making guests enjoy their holiday. The location is beautiful too, with the sea, mountains and everything Turkey has to offer nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and honestly didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a resort where you can relax, have fun, eat well and enjoy lots of activities and entertainment, I would definitely recommend Zena Resort Hotel. We would happily come back!

I want to take a moment to specifically commend Hazal and Zülküf and the entire Restaurant team for their outstanding service. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was warm, genuine, and incredibly welcoming. It is rare to find staff who balance such friendly, personable service with the highest levels of professional perfection. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure dining experience was flawless and we could genuinely enjoy well cooked meals. Hazal and Zülküf are a credit to the restaurant team and truly embody the high standards of excellence that this hotel represents.

Levent, Asuman and Aydan truly set the standard for hospitality. Their professionalism is unmatched, but what sets them apart is their genuine care for their guests. No matter what you need, you can always rely on their help to find a quick, seamless solution to any request. They don’t just do their jobs—they go out of their way to make sure you feel genuinely looked after and valued. Thank you, Levent, Asuman and Aydan, for your amazing support and dedication. Huge shoutout to Seyhmus at the bar! He strikes the perfect balance between absolute professionalism and genuine friendliness. He’s incredibly attentive, makes fantastic drinks, and always welcomes you with a warm smile. He truly elevates the whole vibe of the place. Highly recommend stopping by his bar!

A horrible palce to stay in. We have been here for 6 days and unfortunately we have paid for 6 more. The first impression was awful. There was only one young boy at the reception. We booked sea view room and he gave us room looking at the nearby hotel. When we argued that this is not what we paid for, he gave us other room. After that we wanted to go in the sea but the security guy stopped us because the reception didn't gave us hotel bracelets and we had to return to reception. The other problem is the entertainment. There is no entertainment at all in this hotel. Basic shows, and not every night, and nothing after. Such a boring place to have vacation. If you are senior citizen and you got to sleep at 10:30h, then this is a place for you. Food is horrible. If you like chicken, zucchini and eggplant, this is a hotel for you. No variety at all. And if there is something edible and good, there is a row and you have to wait several minutes for it. If you arrive late at dinner, be prepared to have nothing edible to eat because they don't replace eaten food. And the Wi-Fi. What to say about "five star" hotel that doesn't have free Wi-Fi. Horrible place. We have been in many hotels in Antalya region in last 12 years and this one is the worst. This doesn't deserve Turkish 5 star, perhaps Turkish 4 star, and 2 star worldwide. The quality of the towels is horrible and you can't change the beach towels during the day. And we have never seen that the beach bar is closed during day. Where is the logic that you can't get drinks from 12:30 to 14:30h on the beach. The pool is small and stair entrance from the peer to the sea is rusty. Just pray you don't get tetanus... Just horror story hotel.
