Had a wonderful stay at the hotel very clean and competent staff We will be back in a couple of weeks

The most customer focused hotel i have stayed in. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The hotel has just been taken over and the staff are trying so hard to improve their star rating, which won't take long. The outside beach bar served great food when you didn't want to eat in the main restaurant. The spa was superb with an excellent range of massages. Cats are around but are timid and only hang round if getting fed. Fresh omelette for breakfast was hand cooked to your liking. Angel, our waitress was so lovely. Great range of drinks. Reception couldn't be more hospitable with taxis, our room length extension, borrowing books. The only down side so early in the season was lack of kids for my son to play with and it is 5km for the main town that is ropey at best, in my opinion. Do not bother if you are English, the staff will either ignore you or make jokes between themselves clearly aimed at the English/British tourists. I have never felt more uncomfortable on holiday in all my life as my family and I were made to feel at this hotel, the staff don't even try to hide it, multiple times we seen them pointing and laughing. Room service were on the floor every day however our room seemed to be "missed" 3 times in a week. Im not sure why Jet2 list this hotel so highly on their website when it is clearly not intended for tourists.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I love Turkey and have been several times but this hotel really left a bad taste. The staff were rude, completely disregarded the English and made us feel very unwelcome. Smoking was permitted everywhere. Around Food and children! The Food was below average. The rooms were small. Whilst we were there I complained many times that our room would not lock properly. Each time they pretended to fix it. It has gone from a 5 star when we booked it to a 3 star. A 3 star is generous!

⭐ : Extremely disappointing stay – at The prive didim hotel not as described and poor service throughout Not 4star plus as described. I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, which was booked through Jet2 Holidays. The experience was far below the standard advertised and certainly not what I expected from a Jet2-recommended property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the hotel was not as described online. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and we had to ask for it to be cleaned immediately after check-in. Even then, the standard of cleanliness remained unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive, and generally unhelpful, which made the situation even more frustrating. Pool area was never cleaning in the 7 days I was there. The food was extremely poor in both quality and choice. There were very few options suitable for English guest always cold not everyone wants chips,despite the hotel being advertised as catering for international visitors. The hotel appeared to cater almost entirely for Turkish guests (around 95%), which made it very difficult to feel comfortable or included. The reception area was chaotic, with luggage scattered everywhere and guests sitting on the floor. It gave the impression of a camp site rather than a proper hotel. This lack of organisation and care from the management was visible throughout the entire property. I contacted Jet2 Holidays by email during my stay to explain the situation and request to be moved to another hotel, but I received no response at all. Being ignored while stuck in an unpleasant and uncomfortable environment was extremely disappointing and left me feeling down. Overall, this holiday was a major disappointment. The hotel was misrepresented, the service was unacceptable, and Jet2’s lack of response made the experience even worse. I would strongly advise other travellers to avoid this hotel until standards improve, and I hope Jet2 will review how this property is being promoted to customers. ⸻
