Hotel Orfeus Park

Good value for money hotel, but overall could do with some basic improvements to make the experience even better... The staff was great (except maybe for the grumpy receptionist). They were very friendly and helpful. The food was good, nothing to write home about but you definitely won't stay hungry and you always have decent options for a good meal. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very nice and peaceful, the beach is nice and the beach bar is excellent. The hotel is located in a good spot, close to the beach (cca. 300m) and there is a bus shuttle if you don't want to walk. There is also a Migros supermarket close by and some souvenir shops etc. There is also quite a nice walkway next to the beach that connects all of the hotels' beaches. The entertainment is close to non-existent (could be because it was September) except for the evening performances in the 'amphitheater'. The main gripe was with the overall hygiene of the hotel. If the following issues were resolved this hotel would be amazing. The cutlery, glassware and plates were always stained and never looked properly cleaned, we had to wipe them all with tissues before eating. The rooms are semi-renovated. At first glance they seem clean but then you start noticing the details, like dust on top of the TV, stains on the sheets, and white spots on the toilet sink and shower. The daily cleaning includes refilling the mini-fridge with bottled water and changing the towels. The sheets were never changed in the 8 day stay. Overall, a quite decent hotel for the value, but could be great if adjustments to the hygiene routine were made.

My fiancé and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during June/July 2025. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money — it's more than fair for what you pay. Of course, anyone who wants to find flaws can do so in any hotel, even in 5-star ones, but we’ll try to stay as objective as possible.** Service – Exceptional! All staff members were genuinely friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Any issue we had was resolved quickly and efficiently. We arrived at the hotel around 11 AM and were allowed to check into our room right away, which meant a lot after a sleepless night due to our flight. Rooms - The room itself was average in size. The bathroom seemed recently renovated, while the furniture was older but still functional. It’s not luxurious, but perfectly fine for a 10-day vacation. The only thing I didn't like was that the double bed was actually two singles pushed together. The balcony was quite small.Ho usekeeping was great – the room was cleaned daily, trash was taken out, and towels were replaced regularly. Instead of a traditional room key, you get a wristband that serves as your key, which is super convenient — no need to worry about losing it. The air conditioner was old but worked very well. Surroundings – very beautiful! The hotel consists of several smaller buildings surrounded by greenery, and everything is clean and well-maintained. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and works well. Beach – The beach is about 300 meters away. There is a shuttle bus available, but it’s really not necessary — it’s just a 5-minute walk. The beach is sandy, spacious, and there are more than enough sunbeds. The entrance to the sea is also sandy, though there are a few rocks further out in the water, so just keep an eye out. I recommend staying to the far left side of the beach. There were waves almost every day. The beach bar serves great food, so there’s no real need to go back to the hotel for lunch unless you want to. The pizzas in particular were amazing! Pools – There are two pools, both clean and well-maintained — they’re cleaned twice a day. What I loved most is that instead of umbrellas, there are canopies, so you don’t have to worry about finding shade throughout the day. Toiletes near the pool were also very clean and well maintaned. Food – Decent It's not a 10/10 culinary experience, but you definitely won’t go hungry. There’s always a wide variety of dishes, and the buffet is constanantly refilled. The staff keeps the restaurant very clean. There is enaugh place to sit. Some dishes were a bit overly spiced without real need, and the salads could look fresher. It would also be nice to have a wider selection of cold cuts. Personally, I didn’t like the coffee from the machine. Overall- We had a great time in this hotel and would definitely recomend and come back! :)

We stayed 7 days at Orfeus Park Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean but could use some renovation, and daily cleaning is available. The pool was great, though many guests leave towels and go to the beach. The food was okay, but we had some stomach issues, possibly from the spices. The service was excellent, and a special thanks to Ali and Sardar from the staff for making us feel at home. The beach is nice with lunch and drinks available, but bring aqua shoes because of stones at the entrance to the sea, and be aware the sand gets very hot and sunbeds are set back from the water.

So we had a 10 day holiday break at The Orfeus Hotel in July 2025. We booked this before reading the reviews, so when we read the reviews we were really worried. Honestly I don’t know how the reviews left are so negative ? Hotel - very clean, cleaning staff and ground teams do an amazing job. The facilities they offer were great, the 2 pools / waterslides were great fun for the kids / me. Lovely spa downstairs, with a shop, hairdressers and pool table / gym. Room - we had a family room. 2 bedrooms lots of room lovely bathroom / power shower. Pretty quiet aswell. Food - offered a massive variety of choice. Not sure why people say their is only chips ? Probably around 40-50 things to choose from. They have kebabs, fish or meat dishes to try all the time. Downstairs they have cakes/ snack from 10am - 5pm which is great for kids Drinks - Pegre local beer (like a Efes) but very smooth, about 5/6 cocktails available. Wine was awful though. Loved they had beer pumps dotted around so you don’t have to queue for beer. Also they have Slushy Machines / Iced Coffee Machines by the pool from 10am for free. Also constant access to fruit juices / hot drinks without queuing Staff - very helpful and can’t do enough for you. (However one lady on the bar was very grumpy) but everyone else was excellent Beach - lovely private beach that has all the benefits of your hotel. Had lunch here a few times - same drinks / cocktails (loads of sunloungers) What we liked was you have access to the Orfeus Queen Hotel (opposite) - also joined downstairs so you can walk under the road. So we ate there a few times for variety. Locally Side town is stunning and worth a trip, around €20 each way, but a lovely day out. Lots of supermarkets / bars to check out within 2-20mins. I would definitely recommend this place, you have an appreciate this place is nearly half price to a lot of the local hotels. But what you get for your money is well worth it. I was very pleasantly surprised with the value we got and if we head back to Antalya region of Turkey. We would stay hear again 👍🏻

I've been to Turkey 4 times. This was the worst hotel of them all. The rooms were dirty, the pool area were never cleaned under a whole week. The staff in the reception is so unhelpful and extremely rude. No sense of service. Completely useless. They want to charge you for everything, for example to use a scale for your luggage. We had bugs on or bed crawling everywhere and couldn't change the room until the next day. We slept with the bugs and got bitten. We had no soap when we arrived in the bathroom. We also had a little baby and we needed a microwave for his formula. They said they didn't have any microwaves not even in the kitchen. Then TUI talked to them and they said they have microwaves so we went to the reception and asked for one and guess what. They didn't have any.... They didn't have any entertainment at all!? It was SO boring. The hotel was full with Poles (poland) and Russians. Everything was tailored for them and they are very aggressive and rude people that thinks they can leave a sunbed for hours without a towel on and still thinking that the sunbed can't be taken by any other one. The Russians however were kind!
