Q Ella Beach Hotel

Qella Beach Hotel in Side is such a nice hotel. We really loved it here! The staff is SO friendly and we were met with such warmth and happy smiles. They seemed like they also like to work here. That really makes the stay much more cozy and like it is “our” hotel. Sevgi the waiter, Mira the animator and all the other staff, that I don’t know the names of, were amazing! The service is top class. The food is lovely, varies and cooked with good quality ingredients. It is nice and clean. I like that the hotel is not too big. The pool and water slides are great. I could have wanted the kids pool to be a little warmer though (we went in October). Also everyone are very friendly to the hotel cats. We are a cat family and it meant a lot to us.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was impeccable, and the staff Mehmet Ceken were incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing experience.

We had a reservation at the hotel through booking. Upon arrival at the hotel, we registered and paid 508 euros for the room, but we did not receive a document for the payment. They gave us the room card and a boy showed us the room and took our luggage up. We went inside, but the room was small and we did not like it, an economy type. We went down again to the reception where the same receptionist named Cihan served us. We told him that we wanted to change the room to a bigger one and he called his manager and checked and changed our room to another one, telling us that we had to pay an additional 100 euros and we agreed and paid the extra. But he was surprised when we gave 100 euros and told us that we had to pay another 500 euros, which we had given him earlier. When I asked "where is the money we gave and paid 15 minutes ago" he replied that it was in booking and that we had to pay for the room again and so it would have cost 1100 euros, instead of 575 euros the real price of the room. Returning to the old room, we were met by the boy who helped us with the luggage and settled us in the room Eray Aydincak and asked us what had happened and why I was angry. I explained the situation to him, he smiled and said that he would call the manager. After talking to the manager Eray explained to us that we were staying in the big room and that we had to pay only 75 euros after the calculations and so the price of this room was 575, instead of 1100 as the receptionist Cihan tried to lie to us. We are grateful to Eray Aydincak for solving the problem and that we had a perfect holiday. I believe that people like Cihan are tarnishing the good reputation of the Qella hotel.

10/10 for hotel , food ,drinks and staff. Lovely big hotel, staff all fantastic. Only 1 thing we could fault was the lift kept braking down and we where on floor 6 .otherwise we'll worth the money . Definitely would go back Michelle

Good for family but not the best facilities under 8 as we had a couple of toddlers who hadn’t much to do there was great surroundings with shaded areas to invest in better facilities for evening time even small things like swings, small rides etc. theres only one slide and its very boring for them. Food was great some nights 5 star service, but some days was ok. Beach facilities and renovations i thought was really good. Overall would stay again but 10 nights more than enough as you finish exploring the hotel after about 6-7 lol. Handy for busses and walk to shop and beach all 5 minutes. Would stay again and definitely great service for money. Mehmet at reception was great help for any advice we even got food delivered by local takeaways and he sorted all that. Very nice and pleasant guy. Thanks
