The beach and pool are great, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. It is close to Bodrum center and the animation team is very entertaining.

Well where do I start was not my first choice but my original hotel was closing down on the 28th so TUI moved us over to this hotel reading the reviews I don’t usually bother but I wish I did very poor food was a2 out of 10 this hotel really only caters for the Turkish polish Germans and Russians Food if you have kids do not go us they only do burger and chips breakfast if you like Brussel sprouts cauliflower green veg you will love it here no toaster in the restaurant have to ask the toaster lady for toast no kettle in any rooms have to wait till 7am for a hot drink when everything else is closed cracked floor tiles which I nearly tripped up and complained but nothing was done so had a lot of trip hazards around the hotel rooms are so undated first room we was in only could fit one person on the balcony had kittens on our balcony so people was leaning over feeding them so no privacy at all second room decking on the balcony was lifting up peeling wall paper damp in the bathroom cleaner came round cleaned it but never topped up our fridge the two best staff that was there was Enes and Zeynep who both worked at the bottom bar and the hotel should give these two staff a bonus has they made our terrible time a little better so hats of to them the activities are the same everyday music the same Jorgi and Hugo the entertainment wanted to make us more welcome on our second week which was nice should of been like that on the first week instead of looking after the other guest first it made us feel like we was not welcome there so thank you to them two in the end sun loungers was mainly stained plus hardly anything around the hotel a good 20 minutes to get to Bodrum Positives I can only say are Nice pavilions to sit in the ala carte was okay I would give that about a 6:10 the flatbread lady made some lovely flat breads only negative I can say about that is a little bit faster beach nice setting nice Dakta on the front desk always had a smile and willing to help shame they could not follow up on what I complained about using TUI for 20 plus years unfortunately this is the worst placed I have stayed and my very tourist bad trip advisor ps my second visit to Turkey

We arrived at the hotel late at night, a group of five people. Our booking clearly stated that two guests would stay in a standard room and three guests in a family room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Instead, we were handed a key to a so-called “family room” which turned out to be nothing more than a single room with three beds squeezed together, a tiny balcony, and absolutely no space. We immediately returned to the reception to demand the family room we had paid for. The staff, however, did not speak English at all – not even at the reception desk – and had to rely on translation tools to communicate. After a long discussion, we were told there were “technical problems” and no family rooms were available. We insisted on speaking to a manager, since we had paid for services that were not provided. Only after two hours of waiting were we offered two separate rooms for one night, and the following day we were finally moved to the correct family room. This level of service is unacceptable. A hotel advertising itself as 4 stars should, at the very least, employ staff capable of basic English communication, especially at the reception and bars. Furthermore, the entire property is in desperate need of renovation – it is old, poorly maintained, and in no way reflects a 4-star standard. The final straw was the lack of hygiene. We ordered coffee, and the cup was visibly dirty, still marked with lipstick from a previous guest. This is absolutely disgraceful and speaks volumes about the overall cleanliness of the establishment.
