Boutique Hoi An Resort

We loved this hotel. Perfect surroundings right on the beach. Great free shuttle into Hoi an, used to get grab back(approx £3). Great restaurants across the road, mini markets close. Would have given 5 stars, but disappointment at check out- only offered a shower near pool as a courtesy room. Completely flooded, no hairdryer, no air-conditioning. Not great when you got a 18 hour onward journey. Other than that it was perfect.

Just come back from a 14 night stay at the Boutique Hoi An in Vietnam. This hotel was an excellent choice for us. Situated about 15 minute drive (in traffic) from Hoi An old town. The hotel lays on a free shuttle bus to and from town throughout the day. After the hustle and bustle of town it was nice to go back to the peice and quiet of our hotel. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. Large shower with good water pressure. In the morning breakfast is a buffet style with something for everyone. There is a cooking station where you could have your eggs feshly cooked to your liking. Beit scrambled, poached , fried or omelette with loads of different fillings. There is a fantastic pool area in beautifully kept gardens with plenty of sunbeds and towels for everyone. (no need to get up at the crack of dawn to put a towel on a bed). The beach is just a few steps further on from the pool where the sea is calm and inviting. What can I say about the staff? Hien, Nhan, Lieu and Thoai, to name a few cannot do enough for you. They were so welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. Always willing to spend time with us for whatever we needed. And always with a smile. Booked trips for us to many of the local attractions, gave us plenty of advice on what to do and where to go. If you don't want to go into town to eat, there is an onsite restaurant and there are plenty of restaurants a few steps from the Hotel. Our favourite was the Moc Resteraunt, which is a small family run business situated about a hundred yards from the hotel to the left as you go out the front, serving fabulous tasty Vietnamese food cooked by the lovely Dung (pronounced Yoom). A meal for 2 including starter and drinks costing around £12. If you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head after a day seeing the MANY sites then look no further. I cannot recommend this Hotel and it's staff highly enough.

We stayed here for 10 days and have loved every minute. The hotel feels an oasis of peace and tranquility which we certainly needed. The hotel feels it’s designed in the old colonial style, is well maintained and very clean and tidy. We stayed in a Premium deluxe room (4 rooms in each block) facing the pool and sea. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a good size too. The staff here are incredibly friendly. Thank you to Hian who greeted us with such a warm welcome on arrival and explained so many things regarding our stay. We stayed here as part of our 40th wedding anniversary and the staff had very kindly decorated our room with red roses and left a lovely cake. Very thoughtful and much appreciated thank you. The bar staff and all restaurant staff particularly Tu, Len, Van Trung were always so polite and happy to chat with you to make sure everything was ok. The rooms were cleaned and bedding changed almost daily which was lovely. The gardens are well maintained and the team work incredibly hard here too. Sissi and the team keep the grounds lovely. The gardens are well maintained as is the pool, all very clean. We did have spa treatments here and we would recommend those. We just had bed and breakfast here, there’s so much choice everyday to suit all tastes and this set us up for the day! We loved the location of the hotel being right on the beach and away from the busyness of Hoi An. It’s easy enough to use the hotel shuttle bus to take you right into the centre, you are always glad to get back and unwind. We met several lovely people here who have returned between 5-7 times and stay for long periods- that says a lot about a hotel and we look forward to returning again next year too. Thank you for making our stay here so special.

A perfect holiday resort, 10 minutes away from the town (shuttle bus service provided). The staff and service was exceptional, the Spa facilities were fantastic and were used regularly (Mai and Lan do some wonderful massages). We would highly recommend this hotel where we have made some very special memories.

Absolutely wonderful! What can we say. Wow. It was a very last minute decision to book here. Upon arriving at our booked place, we decided it wasn't for us so booked this. We had seen this hotel before but always wanted to be at An Bang so never booked it. From the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. What wonderful staff they have on the front desk here. The hotel itself is beautiful. Clean cool rooms, beautiful pool, clean quiet beach and plenty of grassed areas to relax. We loved it! Breakfast had everything you could wish for without being too much. The only slight downside to this hotel were the pool bar staff. They were not on parr with all yhe other staff, cleaners, front desk, life guards. They didnt really want to serve you or have any eye contact unless they had to. Thats literally the only thing that we felt would be improved on. If they perhaps came around offering drinks it would be the icing on the cake. The hotel would do far more trade and the staff maybe wouldnt be hanging around chatting bored so much. Thats enough of the one little negative here though. The rest great. If you are thinking of booking do it. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely come here again.
