Palm Garden Resort

Wonderful Hotel Stay We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very welcoming, and everyone made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and relaxing. A special thank you to Mr. Thi, the coconut man, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and always had a smile on his face. He really added a warm and memorable touch to our stay. PS happy birthday Mr.Thi We would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again!

What an amazing stay at a gorgeous resort . I wasn’t sure what to expect but this resort exceeded expectations . Stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront villa with our own pool . The villa was modern , well kept with excellent amenities .Even had a steam room in the main bathroom . What really made the stay was the wonderful service we received from Coconut Man ( as he is known ) From our first buggy ride he couldn’t do enough for us . Took the kids to get fresh coconuts , then came daily to check on us and bring us fresh plates of mango. We were lucky enough to be there whilst he celebrated his birthday .A lot of other hotels could learn a lot from the excellent customer service he provided. Breakfast catered for everyone there were so many choices . Good location close to Hoi An , shops across the road aswell where we stocked up on snacks and had some laundry done . Would really recommend a stay at this fabulous resort .

Absolutely fantastic hotel with 4 beautiful restaurants and huge pool area, the rooms are magnificent with great views. The cleaners, gardeners and staff are so good and polite. The beach area is great and very clean, the water is lovely and warm. Will definitely return here next year.

Gorgeous resort and location. Well maintained and kept. Staff super friendly. The “Coconut Man” is one of the resort ambassadors and brought a smile to our faces every day (including his trademark coconut and mango deliveries). We will be back.

We came from France. We rented 3 houses and had an amazing stay!!! The service and the food was very good and the staff very pleasant ! Mr. Thi took great care of us and was always there for us with all his energy!!! PS: it was his birthday today !!!
