Palm Garden Resort

Proceed with extreme caution! This hotel has building sites either side of it. We’ve been given a room which borders one side and have woken at 7am to the sound of drilling - even on a weekend. The hotels response has been woeful. We were offered one free meal excluding drinks. When we complained after the first night we were offered another room which turned out to be on the other side next to the other building site ! If you want a beachside hotel in Hoi An do not go for this one!! Any rooms along either border of the hotel will be affected for some time. And complaints are not dealt with adequately. For the disruption we have been caused I would have expected at least a refund on one or two nights of our stay.

We stayed here for 7 delightful nights. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a lovely setting. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have been too with so much variety. The pool was great and the private beach was very clam & clean and watched by a lifeguard. All members of staff were friendly and helpful. We would happily return.

Total Relaxation, great facilities, staff & service excellent, breakfast amazing, close to Hoi An to enjoy the vibe, but far enough away to get the peaceful and chilled experience
