Liberty Central Saigon Riverside

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They spoke English well, which made communication very easy, and gave us excellent recommendations, especially for places to buy silk. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Liberty Central Saigon Riverside Hotel. My highest praise goes to Duyên at the front desk—she was incredibly friendly and helpful, surprisingly arranging an early check-in for me when I arrived at noon just to drop off my bags. The welcome orange juice right after my flight was a wonderful touch. The hotel features beautiful decor and the rooms are perfectly clean. Will definitely return!

Thanh & Bac have been very welcoming and looked after us very well. Also the team in the roof top bar have been awesome. I will be definitely coming back to Riverside Liberty Hotel

First impressions weren’t the best. Went to Check in and the rooms weren’t ready. We booked the rooms in February and didn’t check in till 4pm waited in lobby until they were ready. When we entered the rooms they stunk of bleach. Had to air room out. The rooms were not sound proof. I could hear what the neighbouring rooms were watching on tv. You could hear all the vehicles and sirens as they went past. The door person was always too busy talking or on the phone to get the door. Overall from our stays in Vietnam this was the worst experience.

This hotel is a serene, luxurious escape from the bustling city and offers great amenities plus beautiful views. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed getting to know Cong who prepared a delicious coffee for me every day at breakfast. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.
