Although I had a wonderful vacation, Kevin's genuine and prompt assistance with my Lost and Found items was what most pleased me. I discovered I had misplaced my charger after checking out. I went to the front desk counter and said to Kevin that I could have left my belongings in the room, but I wasn't sure where. He helped me check right away. Despite the busy time, Kevin and Van from housekeeping team found my charger and quickly resolved the issue. I would have missed my flight if he hadn't given me the necessary help. I was overjoyed and had no words to express how grateful I am to him. I would want to thank the Nikko team (Steven, Sabrina, Andy and Anh) once more for their excellent work and willingness to go above and beyond to assist.

The hotel is absolutely spotless clean, staff is amazing and attentive, and the atmosphere is where it’s at! During my stay with my family, we were very well taken cared of and no matter what time in the day it was. Tony, Raymond, Miller, Vincent, and Jin were awesome people to help at anytime! Highly recommend anyone to stay here! Fantastic staff!

Although I thought the location was great, this hotel is not the best option if you're seeking for a place where you can just walk out the front door and visit the main attractions. Nonetheless, there is a free shuttle service that transports you to each of those locations, which is a huge benefit. With a wide picture window overlooking the city, the accommodation was contemporary, clean, and roomy. A separate shower and tub, as well as a Japanese-style toilet with the newest technology were all very tidy and inviting. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mr. Kevin for his wonderful assistance and kind hospitality throughout our trip. His kindness made me feel quite welcome and well-cared for.

The staff was friendly especially Tran, she was super helpful. Also thanks to Duy for our free upgrade.
