Bluebay Beach Resort & Spa

We stayed here during the July holidays and had a wonderful experience. One of the biggest highlights was how genuinely wheelchair accessible the hotel is. Unlike many places that advertise accessibility but fall short, this hotel has ramps throughout the property, making it easy to access the rooms, restaurant, beach area, and even the entertainment area, which also has an accessible bathroom. The wheelchair-friendly room was well designed and made our stay comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the dinners were a real highlight, with a great variety of delicious food every evening. There are also water activities available. Kayaking and paddleboarding are included, while other activities are available at an additional cost($40-$60) Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone looking for truly accessible accommodation.

Such a friendly staff. Beautiful beach and rooms. I have stayed in other all-inclusive locations and usually the food is just okay. The food here was delicious and had many options - including local flavors.

An oasis of tropical luxury. The Bluebay resort offers something for everyone. The swimming pools are beautiful and there are always lounge chairs available. Towels are provided and everything is very clean. The restaurant is lovely with a wide choice for very meal. The bar is a great place to enjoy a drink and watch the sun go down. The staff are lovely and always happy to help. The only downside is the beach. There are sea urchins in the water which means that it is beats to wear water shoes if you want to swim in the sea. The rooms are lovely and very well equipped. I would love to return.

The hotel itself is beautiful throughout and was very clean and welcoming. Our room was amazing and we had a lovely balcony outside. The bedroom was spacious and the bed was massive and very comfortable. The bathroom was also very spacious. Meals - There was a large choice of tasty food in the main restaurant and I loved the amazing omelette's I had for breakfast made in front of me by the one of the chefs, Ibrahim, who greeted us every single day with a great big smile and his great sense of humour. There is a coffee shop, and three other themed restaurants and a fantastic bar with entertainment every evening. There are three outdoor pools here and I liked that you didn't have to get up early to reserve a sunbed as there was always somewhere to sit. There are beds at the edge of the beach and we spent a lot of our time between the beach and the pool. The sea is very safe looks like a picture postcard. The Spa - I went to the Spa on three different occasions for treatments with a fantastic lady called Lillian, who was amazing and gave the best facials and massages I've ever had. The staff here really made our holiday special, the were kind, friendly, always had smiles and greetings for us throughout the day. I have never been treated so well as we were at Bluebay. I celebrated my 60th Birthday whilst there and the staff presented me with cake flowers and brought this to me at my table in the restaurant with a procession of singing and dancing. I felt so special and it was so kind of them. They also did a similar thing on our last night as well. All of the staff and managers were great and I have to mention Khadiga who was so lovely to us, also Mike and the rest of the managers who also made a point of speaking to us every time he saw us. All of the staff remembered our names and knew where we preferred to sit in the restaurant and were chatty and friendly at every meal. I cannot say enough about them all and I don't want to leave anyone out as, honestly, the customer service here is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and they do their very best to make sure that you have a fantastic holiday. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Beautiful views, clean with friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere with very nice amenities ie pool, restaurant and bar. Really loved the restaurant staff and food was quite delicious.
