Ocean Paradise Resort & Spa

Everything was five star The food spread from breakfast (fresh juice a highlight) to dinner (varied genre every evening) was incredible. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

The Ocean Paradise Resort & Spa - Zanzibar is a great place to stay and relax. Especially after a hectic and enjoyable safari. The resort is located in a picturesque setting. The grounds are well maintained and the views from where we stayed were amazing.The rooms are spacious and clean and a turndown was done every night. You could relax by the pool or beach front, take part in the on site activities, village tour or beach exploration. Great choices to enjoy. You could also have tours through your travel operator or with the resorts company. Not much difference between their cost. Stonetown was interesting. The history. Well what can I say. It’s quite a busy bustling place. You get to see the locals and the environment. Breakfast was a treat. So many choices. Ten out of ten for freshly pressed fruit and savoury juices. There was always a band/dancers accompanying our themed evening meals. The choice of food was great. Some of the staff would join the band with their singing and dancing. The staff were truly amazing, very approachable and accommodating. They always greeted you with a smile, asked how you were doing and would have a conversation with you. The extra helpful staff who went beyond their helpful duties to us were: Frank, Irene, Maisala, Godgift, Juma, Happy, Malik, Onolatus, Amina, Jenipher, Lily and Janeth. One of the mangers, Scotty, was so approachable and a delight to have a conversation with.

What a stunning place on the beach. Perfect after 7 days on Safari, somewhere to wind back, catch a few rays, have a few delicious cocktails and generally chill out. Stonetown a must but have your best haggling skills available. Staff excellent, Mohammed and Leah made out stay very enjoyable and Scott from Scotland is a charactor indeed, and he looked after us very well. Cannot fault the place and would recommend Regards Phil

Lying completely near the sea. A very beautiful ,luxuorous hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. As I am allergic to garlic the chef walked with me along the buffet to tell me what I was allowed to eat.This they did evey day for breakfast and dinner.If I also wanted to eat one of the dishes made with garlic,they offered to make it for me without the garlic.They really made an efford for me! I the spa you could go for a great massage and other things. There was also entertainment during dinner and during the day,on the beach or at the pool. We really had a great time there ,it was really PARADISE!😊

Great location with relaxing spots overlooking the beach or the pool. The staff were outstanding and very friendly with a high quality to cleanliness and attention to detail. The food was delicious and had a truly wonderful time. Highly recommend.
