Paradise Beach Resort

Amazing hotel, lovely room by the quieter of the 3 pools , food was good and there are 3 different restaurants on site,including Indian and Asian. General manager was Johan,a South African who was warm, friendly and attentive to guests and staff. Staff at the hotel were always polite, warm and friendly and could not do enough for you. Spa was lovely but the manager there was a bit rude and abrupt when communicating with the woman who worked there,the Spa is not owned by the company that own the hotel, we were told it is owned and managed by Egyptians, the sales staff and manager were Egyptian men.The African massuers were lovely . The TUI reps were not very visible and when approached if it was not first thing in the morning when they briefly popped in to reception were not helpful, but hotel staff made up for that. I hope to return one day but would not book through TUI.

It was an very nice experience but if you have to high expectations you shouldn’t travel there I’m from Germany and when you normally stay in hotels were the standard is like medium high it’s an little bit of a shock but In soft. BUT if you don’t expect an 5 star Luxus Hotel it’s very nice. As we checked in two guys carried our bags to our room and you have mosquito nets above the beds the employees are very kind and when you ask them for help there are like „oh yes of course I can help“ the buffet is also very nice and for kids there fries every day but only for lunch and dinner but for breakfast there is bread there is Nutella there are eggs and omelettes also the pools are very nice and the beach is also very very nice the bar on the sea is not very full at evening usually we were there with 9 people and mostly where the only people there but if you rent an rental car you have to give the keys to the employees but we never had issues with that I hope you enjoy your stay btw I’am 13yo and really enjoyed it but when you leave please leave a tip and support the schools there thank you for reading enjoy your stay

Wonderful Experience in this destination of choice. Excellent choice. Good clean rooms ,friendly staff. Wide range of cuisine. Extra restaurant choices. Options are endless. The Jetty Bar and lounge was my favourite place. The many lounges were so good. The resort had a wonderful vibe. Entertainment was provided. We'll worth the cost.

A pleasant resort with everything needed for a relaxed break. Staff are friendly and are very assistive. This resorts get five stars for me

Very good indian restaurant. Jacob and esau are very friendky waiters. Perfect place for a week of two of three. No beach But the Guys on the beach help yoh with transport etc.
