Palace Swahili is a beautiful place – always clean, tidy, and well kept. The buffet had plenty of variety and everything tasted great. The specialty restaurants felt like stepping into different countries, and Duomo’s appetizer buffet is amazing. The real highlight, though, is the staff. Always smiling, greeting you, and happy to help. Special thanks to Fatma at breakfast and lunch – she’s warm, fun, and full of energy. Only downside: the Renova spa was a bit pushy with upselling, so be prepared to stick to what you want.

So this is the best vacation in my life! Really appreciate all inclusive stuff and especially a waiter Paulina. She’s amazing. She’s definitely will do your day better. She’s so nice, careful, always helps with the choice, can support any conversation and make even the worst day - better. Great hotel, if we ever be able to come back, that would be definitely RIU palace Swahili and this place wouldn’t be that much amazing without its stuff!
