Received excellent service from Mfarij, who works in the Elite lounge bar. Very friendly and helpful when it came to advising on the drinks, as well as always happy and smiling. Professional in making cocktails as well.

Was nice and incredible place for enjoying and am very happy to be here , The drinks was great and thanks so much for all the staff , specially FREDRICK the bar supervisor and Paulina. I will definitely comeback again ❤️❤️

I came here after a group trip in Kenya as a little solo R&R after and it was amazing! Amazing hotel, deffo has that 5 star luxury feeling. Dhahira was very attentive, and was kind enough to prep me a secret surprise cocktail which tasted lovely :) Overall would recommend and would come back. It was low season so not busy at all and despite some brief periods of rain at the start of the trip most days were sunny.

Yohana have been a real good trainer and I advise everyone to look for him if you need a trainer at our very best RIU...yohana is the best.

Having stayed in over 75 countries in leading properties! Havent met a more repelling front office manager sandun, he never smiles a very rude person, refused to upgrade my room on complimentary basis even though the occupancy was 30% and late check out at best 1PM 😀 hes surely not going a long way in hospitality businesses, may be in a prison! The Hotel is a new property lacking: 1. No bidet in the bathroom! Which means you will rely heavily on paper rolls!!!! So no thought on this very basic!! 2. Old fashioned blanket and no duvet 3. Temperature 🌡 on AC controlled at 21 degrees, so it might get hot 🔥 for few! The hotel has focused on more rooms and rooms lacking view of the sea 🌊 inspite of being a sea attached property! Plus is definitely only adults! Drinks all inclusive are great, the younger staff is more friendly! Overall worth a few nights visit! Early teething issues with the property! Hopefully, it will run more smoothly!!!!
