Our stay at Sea Cliff Resort & Spa Zanzibar was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team made us feel so welcome with their genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. A very special thank you to Zainab for organising our wedding so beautifully. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making our day absolutely perfect and even more magical than we imagined. We will always treasure those memories. I would also like to say a huge thank you to all the staff for the wonderful surprise they arranged for my 40th birthday. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made the celebration even more special. Your kindness and effort meant so much to us. Thank you to everyone at Sea Cliff Resort & Spa Zanzibar for creating such an amazing experience. We leave with incredible memories and can't wait to return. The pool and the decor is wonderful but it’s the staff the make the trip ! I am a vegan and allergic to gluten so it’s not always easy to find food to eat and after a shaky start i was met with Abbas who was a lovely man and went out of his way to ensure I had something to eat I felt very at easy knowing he was nearby! John made my various trips to the pool even better and he was always happy to help and a very nice man ! Abel was always lovely and had a wonderful spirit and was very attentive! The gentleman who did the mosquito spray was also very kind I wish I had gotten his name! Seeing bush babies monkeys and the very funny crows was also a huge highlight!

From the moment we arrived at Seacrest Resort and Spa, the staff made us feel less like guests and more like family. We spent ten nights here and enjoyed every minute. The property itself is beautiful, and the outdoor spaces are stunning — but the people are what set this resort apart, and the team deserves to be recognized by name. A special shout out to Steve, the assistant manager, who went above and beyond throughout our entire stay and made sure every detail of our visit was handled seamlessly. The food and beverage team was outstanding. A special thank you to Abbas, the food and beverage manager, whose leadership clearly shows in how well his team takes care of guests. Thank you also to Fadhili, Mickdad, Mark, Ebraham, Ashley, Jovina, Debora, Hawa, Darzen, Sarah, Eric, Ramadhan, Charles, and Aidani. Every one of them was attentive, kind, and professional. No request was too small, and they consistently anticipated what we needed before we asked. The spa deserves its own recognition — we visited five times over our stay, including three reflexology sessions, a massage and body scrub, and a massage with scalp massage. Karma, Lucy, Neema, and Sophia provided truly relaxing and restorative experiences every single time. And a special thank you to Vith (apologies if I have misspelled her name), the talented henna artist, whose beautiful work was a highlight of the trip. I also played golf during our stay. It is a beautiful course — the only one on the island — and fairly priced. The golf shop team was wonderful to work with, and renting clubs, a cart, and nine holes came to about 85 dollars. The rooms were very nice, though on the smaller side. For us it was a non-issue — we spent our days by the pool, lingered over leisurely dinners, and stayed up until midnight in the common areas talking and enjoying each other's company. The hotel was spotless throughout our stay. The staff were continually cleaning and taking care of everything behind the scenes, so we never had to lift a finger. It truly felt like a vacation in every sense. After ten wonderful nights, we were genuinely sad to leave. If you're considering Seacrest, book it. The property is lovely, but the people are what you'll remember.

Most Beautiful Hotel. Best experience. Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are very clean. Just a paradise holiday There is a gentleman named Abel working at the Sea Cliff Hotel, he was absolutely amazing with looking after my boys. He always ensured that they were entertained whilst we have a relaxing time. The food and beverage manager is so accommodating he made sure our special dietary was catered for everyday. Child minders Sakina and Mwana were fantastic as well. All staff at this hotel were very friendly accommodating and their services is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to all families, couples etc.
