Grand Hotel Sunny Beach

The location was amazing right on the beach and not far from the main square but still loads of shops where we were. We paid extra and booked a suite that came with a large balcony and sea view. The room was much larger than a standard hotel room, large tv mounted on the wall with the facility to use Netflix and prime this was a god send as it was so cold the first 4 days. The rooms nature hotel were absolutely immaculate and clean. Unfortunately there was no atmosphere even when we did manage to sunbathe there was no music playing and the atmosphere was dead this was the same for the evening entertainment until I asked him to play some music. As the hotel was 98% English a good old game of bingo would have most definitely brought a happy and friendly vibe instead of everyone keeping themselves to themselves. The food was the most disappointing and we did eat out quite a lot. Again the hotel was 98% English but the menu had not been tailored to the clientele and was very repetitive. All in all the staff were amazing and could not do enough for you he even came to my room to help me do the air con … twice cos I forgot. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat if the food and menu was improved but had a fab stay

Hello we have just had ten days at grand hotel sunny beach We are on our last day We have had a great time and have met some lovely people We got lots of help from Hristo on reception he was very helpful when we needed help he solved our problems All the staff in resturant were helpful also Food was OK english breakfast odd time not very hot but we pop them in microwave The cleaner she cleaned our room everyday fresh towel some people said there cleaner was not that good The location 5 min walk to flower St The Beach is really nice We Walked out the hotel stright on to the beach The deck beds are not out but we're soon going out they said We had sea view room which was good balcony nice to We will certainly come again Value for money If u also won't to go to neesebour u can catch a bus top of flower St near Janet's supermarket and taxi stand 1 euro each way bargain Thanks to all the staff we had a lovely stay Cheers Mark Bell

We had a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel Sunny Beach. My family and I were in an apartment on the 9th floor and we had a great room with sea view. The hotel is recently renovated. Great for a family with kids. They have a great kids club. There is a gym in the hotel and animation team that are super friendly. Overall we had a great time. Delicious food, good weather and we couldn’t ask for more. Will be back

All in all, the hotel was great and we had the most amazing time. The staff was very polite and even solved an issue we had with our room. The beach was quiet and beautiful I even took the most amazing pic of the sunset. The evening entertainment was extremely fun and we had the most amazing time ever. Would definitely recommend and come back next year.

Spacious, beautiful interior, looks freshly renovated. The staff was friendly and nice to us when asked for extra sheets. Food was delicious, various themed meals for dinner. Kids were happy at the pool; it’s a wide one. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay as a whole.
